“Customer service amazing no matter where you go in your travels, we were passing through from our travels. Had ordered from food court and did some shopping. Got back on road to final destination only to find out we were short on an item from the food court. Called Costco the next day letting them know what happened, explained about our travels and not planning to return that way as it was 94 miles from our destination. Manager was more than happy to assist with refund back to credit card over the phone. THANK YOU Costco, you take care of your members for sure.”

“I absolutely love this place!! The people here are so great. There's always someone around to help. The place is very organized. The back where they have the bathrooms isn't cute like the rest of the store. It's actually a little spooky, but it's really not. The prices here are so so good, a sale for something nice is always so good and worth it. The people here are doing a great Job. There's a lady who is always Soso sweet she's been there for 10 years and is the best thing. Thank you”

“Just came from the Men's Department where we had excellent help from a man named Owen. He was very knowledgeable of the fabric content, and current styles. We walked out of there with 2 sports coats, 3 shirts and 3 wonderful ties. He was efficient and was able to find us great options in pretty quick order. That was perfect since my son has limited patience for shopping - so efficiency was a must. Thanks Owen!!”

“Ana in the beauty area was amazing, she was so polite and professional. Just can’t say enough, went in to get something for my wife. She did not judge, just helped me like I was any other customer. Very informative and patient. Kudos to her, wish stores would hire more employees like her. Wish my company had managers that took some pages out of her playbook. “Since it's holiday time, you need to go in with a positive attitude that it's gonna be very busy and you just need patience, patience, patience. They have a lot of items, a little disorganized because there's a lot of big carts that haven't been put out on the shelf that you have to walk around and manipulate. The last 2 times I've been there. They've only had 2 or 3 people at the registers with the line backed up of 10 people. I would recommend more staff at the registers, but also staff on the floor to help with people wanting to know where items were. Several people kept looking for on the floor staff members to have them assist them”

“Came here for some nail products. This spot was small and cute; definitely smaller target I've been to. Only stayed in the first floor. If you compare it to the big, usual targets you'll obviously be disappointed. But that's just a matter of changing your expectations is all. This isn't directed at anyone (haven't read any reviews), but I'm assuming that's why the low stars maybe”
“These is one of the best Macy’s I have visited in the US and lucky enough I live like a mile from it . The store is a happy place to buy anything you may need . The quality of the merchandise it is excellent . And even better the price . You will find every single day something of great quality or unique on sale . The customer service is excellent too ! Although they are under staff . Need to hire a few more CS people. If you come to Madison or live near by , you have to come to this Macy’s ! Strongly recommended this one !”

“Today I met the most helpful staff ever at Target! Her name was Lucky. I couldn’t go through the self-checkout because I was buying gift cards. The ONE cashier on duty had a long line of course, Lucky pulled me out of line and used a miniature device to get me checked out & on my way. She was friendly, kind & knew what she was doing! I was the lucky one. Target is lucky to have Lucky!”
“Target is good as always. Only one thing was weird this time: there were no regular bags at self checkout. They provide a big roll of huge size bags and you should tear them off yourself.”

“Smart & friendly staff with best prices around... Not only did Pharmacist Sean notice an error made by a different Costco pharmacy in Florida (they charged me & gave the WRONG syringe size for my dog's insulin which could have been VERY dangerous), he made corrections in the computer system so that kind of error couldn't happen again, AND he didn't charge me when I picked up the CORRECT size syringes. Plus, Pharmacist Sean was friendly. Costco has the best price for Vetsulin (a special insulin for dogs) I've been able to find.”

“Clean and well stocked which is what’s expected of a Walmart. They can have some grumpy workers but it’s often due to short staff and I understand they’re doing their best.
The bathrooms are recently renovated which is a pleasant change from a couple of the Walmarts I’ve been in.
They have a lot of selection and their hours are very accommodating for all schedules which is great for days I’m stuck in the office”
“I feel this needs to be said. Yes "my" store is in Dane County, and there's a stupid mask mandate. However to everyone who complains about 1 of the staff not wearing their mask, you ever stop to think there is a reason behind it? Also, if you are so concerned about a person wearing a mask,aybe you should stay in your house, because guess what...you're breathing the same air as every person in town and Wisconsin is breathing. Mask or not!”
“I actually love this Target! I come here about once a week - it's always clean and well organized, in my opinion. The self-checkout is huge, which keeps lines moving fast. I usually gravitate towards the food/beverage, makeup, clothing and home decor sections, and I've found that they're rarely out of things that I'm looking for. I will say that the Starbucks inside this one usually takes a very long time...but other than that, good experiences here!”

“Me, my sister, our mom and a church member went there to look around to see what can we buy, so my mom and I got us 2 pairs of house shoes and I was looking at theirs coats but their prices was too high. And the store was a mess it had some items on the floor and some items was in the wrong spot. But other then that we had a nice outing.”

“Howard in Ag dept deserves special recognition for going above and beyond. We bought 3 chicks back in March and accidentally tossed the paperwork from hatchery, etc. that come to find out is needed for showing at the fair with 4H. Farm and fleet gets a ton of baby chicks in the spring so called thinking it was a long shot but Howard hunted down the paperwork and put a copy at front of store for us! THANK YOU, HOWARD! Such a nice guy.”
