I want to personally thank the awesome guest services representative who worked with me today for being so helpful and thorough with my banking. They went above and beyond to help me problem-solve and were so courteous! I have been a BMO Harris member for a while and just moved to the area, I am so glad this is going to be my home bank now. :)

This bank, and any like it, that won't exchange currency unless you are a customer is a disgrace to our national financial system. After having spoken to her manager, the teller returned to inform me only customers could exchange 20s for other denominations. Well, I may not have been a customer then, but I sure as heck won't ever be now. So, I took the money I withdrew from THEIR ATM and drove down the road to Old National Bank and started a proper relationship with them.

Man, I've just been tickled with my experience at BMO so far! - Definitely one of the top 10% of customer service experiences I've had in my life - Would HIGHLY recommend. TL;DR: I was pressed for time, had quite a few hoops to jump through by the end of the day. I came into their bank, they jumped in IMMEDIATELY, and we furiously and frantically worked to get things ironed out within a few hours. Long Story: Roxanne and Ken are FANTASTIC. (Edit: I am also working with David on a home loan package and have been nothing but pleased so far!) I realized I was out of checks from my "at-the-time current" bank (which has no locations in Wisconsin or any of the neighboring states), but needed an earnest earnest money check within 7 hours. Furthermore, my old debit card had been deactivated during two days before due to possible fraud (Everything was fine though, in case you may care to know. I didn't get robbed haha.) Roxanne helped me work with my other bank to get my debit account reactivated, take a cash advance from my old bank's card, head over to Ken, and open a BMO account with the money. Finally, managed to get a cashier's check! I was impressed by the team's speed and precision as we moved through this process - More importantly, I have rarely been shown the amount enthusiasm and "comradery" which R and K displayed. (Edit: David is now "my man" too! - A very pleasant, personable, enjoyable guy, who also seems to be quite effective in his work) BMO's account options also seem to have plenty of perks and boons, especially so for those who happen to work at a large medical software company in the nearby area. ;)

David Redington was a great at handling our refinance. Was very responsive to all questions and all requests were handled quite well. Roxanne is the branch manager and is a very friendly and helpful person as well!
