This applies to the incredible ease of ordering online and getting service at their drive through. I ordered 5 bags of potting mix online and within an hour got the go ahead to come and pick up. Within moments of my arrival the potting mix was in the back of my SUV and off I went. It could not have been a better/convenient experience. They are now "first call."

Took my car in for a full break job, suspension inspection, and oil change. I had written a note to check out a squeaking sound coming from my car as well. I got my car back quickly, only problem is they did a shoddy break job and never inspected my car any further, they didn't even look at my note to see what was the source of the squeaking. Make sure going into this place you have a plan, and make sure to check their work. Price was outrageous, and they didn't even treat my car right.

Got there at noon on Black Friday and all three advertised sales items I wanted were sold out. Both Madison and then Verona, also. There was room on the shelves for 6ish of each of the products at most (mixed nuts, baking pan, and a large tote).Looks like a classic bait & switch to me!

Been shopping at Blain's farm and fleet in Verona for years. Last time tonight. Stopped to get flowers. Have already spent over $2,000 at the store this year. Went to get the flowers was pushed to hurry because it's going to rain the woman said by the way, it didn't rain while I was there. But I rushed to get the flowers then I got told to go inside to pay for him I'm handicapped so the flowers stayed. Then I called the manager and all I got from Joe was well we've been trying to get somebody out there to work and that's it. So Blain's farm and fleet is a good place to shop if you use their drive-thru but they don't want your business if you're handicapped to buy any flowers or anything like that thank you
