“Howard in Ag dept deserves special recognition for going above and beyond. We bought 3 chicks back in March and accidentally tossed the paperwork from hatchery, etc. that come to find out is needed for showing at the fair with 4H. Farm and fleet gets a ton of baby chicks in the spring so called thinking it was a long shot but Howard hunted down the paperwork and put a copy at front of store for us! THANK YOU, HOWARD! Such a nice guy.”

600 Hometown Cir, Verona“I want to share the superb service/repair of my car door latch I got from the service department a week or so ago. I came in and asked if there was a chance that one of the service guys could look at repairing my driver side door latch, which I had broken a few days prior to this. The first person that I talked with was Hayden the service center manager--who said he would check into seeing if one of the service guys could fix my latch. Then I worked with Dre from this point on--He said that he would be able to fix the latch but I had to order the part to get the work done. I was more then happy to order the part and pick it up. Took the part in last Wednesday morning before work and the vehicle was done when I got done with work. I want to let Hayden and Dre know what a wonderful experience I had and thank Dre for going out of his way to help with getting this fixed.”
“Had body work done at this shop. The body work itself was fine. But, there was a noise coming from my car prior to repairs done that I was well aware of. They called me to inform me of the noise coming from the other-side of the vehicle (not covered under my insurance claim). I declined the service as the noise was infrequent and subtle. Upon receiving my vehicle back, the 'unrelated' noise was suddenly much louder and much more frequent. Not sure what was done, but if the wheel realignment caused this issue to worsen, it should fall back on the shop to return the vehicle to the state it was dropped off in.
