“I’ve been renting a storage unit for years and have no intention of changing to anything else. I get phone calls telling me if my unit has been left unlocked or owner just checking in if there seems to be unusual activity. Unless the customer service changes, I would recommend Crestwood mini storage to anyone looking for storage unit.”
“Overall the experience was positive. Entering into the lease, payments, and access to the facility/unit was extremely easy. The unit was clean and secure. I leased the unit for 3 months and everything was good until the last two weeks and everything got covered with mold. There was no evidence of leaking from the ceiling or walls in my unit which leaves me to believe that the water came through on the floor from another unit. Extreme weather may have played into it more than the facility. I would try Barr storage again if in the need of a unit.”
“Jeremy was very helpful with my move in. He made sure I received exactly what my online reservation stated. He was very accommodating and even waited around a few extra minutes to make sure I had easy access while moving. This is great clean looking facility. I definitely recommend it!”

“Best storage unit rental experience I have had. Always a timely reply. Had a same day unit that met my needs perfectly. Contract agreement straight forward no concerns with ambiguous wording. Well kept, clean and priced to keep your business. Larry has been present on occasions when I am accessing the unit, checks to see if I have any needs or concerns. “We have been a renter for over 4 years. Never have we ever encountered any issues with construction or quality. The area is paved and well lit. Being from the area it's conveniently located right off of hwy 151. The owner keeps great care in making sure everyone's units are locked up as mine wasn't once. Highly recommend if you can get a unit very high in demand for this area.”
“Aside from using the app to return my rented trailer after hours, all else went well. I didn't think the return was completed because the final picture of where I parked the trailer would not submit. I spent more than 30 minutes in the rain trying to get it to go before I gave up and went home soaking wet. I called Uhaul the next morning and they said everything was received and I was good to go. Just be warned that the app still has some bugs in it, so make sure you contact Uhaul to confirm your after hours return was successful or you could be charged an extra $20 for after after hours return of the rented equipment.”
“The only place we will rent uhauls from in Fond du Lac. Great, easy, mobile check in and check out service. We’ve had to rent from them a couple of times in the same month and they always have trucks available. I see people complaining about the pricing, but it seems like they don’t understand Uhaul pricing. You get a standard rate for your truck, which is the price you see at check out, and then charged a per mile charge after you drop the truck off. I’ve never had nothing but good experiences. The one time I had to go in the employee was very helpful and nice. Recommend this place.”
“We rented a small truck. Courteous and got our rental agreement in a timely manner. Lady was very helpful in explaining our agreement and answering any questions that we had. Good experience for our first time renting a truck.”
“Rented 4 trucks throughout my move 2 TMs 1 JH and finished it off with a DC got off to a rocky start here and left a bad review YOU can tell the entire team and manager are engaged in their work after leaving the review it was a complete 180 and I was blown away by the customer service at this location I’d now rate it a 5 out of 5 Maria and her employees will go above and beyond to meet the customer’s needs I could tell they had seen the review and the rest of my vists after that I was taken by how much they wanted to do right everyone was professional knowledgeable and made sure to make me feel welcome overall completely satisfied with how the move worked out and couldn’t of done it without U-Haul two thumbs up you won’t be disappointed in doing business at this location.”
