After hitting a deer we decided to work with VAB for repairs. Let me start by saying working with Jordan was a wonderful experience, never having to do an insurance claim he helped so much and had wonderful communication with not only us but with the agent. Jordan was honest right from the start and explained to us that some things are on back order and may take longer, we told him when we would need the truck back and he made that deadline. During the time the truck was in for repairs when we called for an update Jordan was knowledgeable and able to tell us. When we picked up the truck Jordan was honest with us and explained something’s to us very well and had such a positive attitude. Even tho we waited over a month the wait was so worth it! I recommend them to anyone!

Had our truck repaired at VAB after a deer jumped into our windshield & front end. They did a great job communicating with us & with the repair. We even had our truck back sooner than we thought!

I have known Lee for several years when I worked for Hansen Motorcycle/HMC Racing. My daughter purchased a new Trailblazer this year and hit a deer which damaged the front end. I immediately knew Valders Auto Body was the place to have her vehicle repaired at. Lee and his crew took care of all the insurance and had her vehicle fixed in a rather timely manner despite some shipping issues with parts. Thanks for a job well done!!
