Dr Díaz has been or family primary care physician for 4 years now. Our prescriptions have always been on-time and the checkups are always a breeze and very helpful.

Very poor medication refill management, especially on controlled substances. I was prescribed by a palliative care nurse and Dr. Diaz refused to fill one of them and cut down another one without talking to me first.
