I recently had a delightful experience at Aurora pharmacy and felt compelled to share my positive encounter.The staff at this pharmacy demonstrated exceptional knowledge and provided outstanding customer service, making my visit not only efficient but also pleasant.
I was promptly greeted by a friendly and attentive staff. I waited in line, I overheard a cheerful pharmacist share their profound knowledge about various medications and health supplements to each of the customers inline ahead of me.It was evident as she patiently addressed all inquiries with a deep understanding of the medications. While also being extremely discrete about what the medicine is, and what it could possible be treating.I left the pharmacy well-informed and with a smile on my face. Not because of the prescription I successfully picked-up, but because of witnessing the cheerfulness of someone who truly loves their job, because it is evident in the way she carried out the high level of customer service to every single person. Weather they asked questions or not. The information was given in a cheerful and caring delivery.Their is a remarkable difference in my overall shopping experience at this local pharmacy.In conclusion, the pharmacy's commitment to excellence through their extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on me.I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone seeking not only the meds you need but also a supportive and knowledgeable team who genuinely care about their customers' well-being. I am grateful for the positive experience and will certainly be returning for all my future pharmaceutical needs.

Very very pleasant friendly and knowledgeable staff. Every single time I have had to pick up prescriptions they have been ready and waiting for me . Heidi. has gone out of her was to assist me I have watched her be pleasant and helpful to everyone that walked in the pharmacy. Thank you for all you do.

I've been happy with this pharmacy until recently. I've now downgraded my rating after my experience on 5/08/23.Very poor customer service and left questioning the intelligence of the techs who worked that day.

An AMBER that works at this pharmacy that is extremely RUDE! I hope management reads this. Matter fact I will try and reach out to management. This girl acts like you woke her from a nap.I have issues with this place, literally EVERY TIME I get my scripts filled they are never filled until i call them. I thought oh great I'm so glad to have a place so close by to my scripts filled, WELL it's been more of a hassle then anything. The location is the only great thing about it. The staff seems very incompetent. SAD SITUATION HERE!! Think twice before filling your prescriptions here. They never fill my scripts, there's always a problem. The problem is the employees. They never call you if theres an issue. They leave it until u call to see if your scripts are filled- and they never are. Its really ridiculous. I know someone who left a review blamed corporate but its the staff that work at this location. This wouldn't happen at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart. Literally worst place to go.

A big difference than having to go to a Walgreens or CVS. I can surely say I LOVE coming here over any other pharmacy. Very nice employees and their is never a wait. Overall 5 stars and rated #1 in pharmacies in my book. Thanks for being so efficient and so nice to everyone who comes in the door ?

While I'm happy to have a pharmacy in our town, this one is lacking. It is very busy and under staffed. They have computer issues constantly. There isnt much on the shelves. It isn't the people, it's the company they work for. Give them the tools they need to do their job for heaven sakes! Opening at 9 is tough, 8 would be better.

I love everyone there. They used to call me by my first name when I walked in. Always so happy! There’s a lot of new faces in there but they all are very sweet. I was having a problem with a script being filled but they fixed it right away. Always so helpful. Keep up the good work ladies!!

Very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. If they don't have my medicine in stock, they order it right away and let me know so I have the option of going elsewhere if I need it. Never had a problem with them. The pharmacists and techs always go above and beyond!!!

orse place to get prescriptions from. DO NOT DO IT! They have lost my business. They only make excuses as to why they cant fill a prescription. When I asked to speak to a manager they gave me an 888 number which you dont talk to anyone just leave a message. These people that work here are incompetent to do their jobs.
