“I bought a car from them and purchased the warranty when I left the parking lot there was no power to the car the transmission wasn't shifting so I called him up that night. He told me to wait a week the warranty hasn't kicked in yet so I waited a week and he said the warranty wouldn't cover a pre existing condition so he took the car gave us a rental and paid out of his pocket to get it fixed.
