By far the laziest, most worthless human beings I have ever come across. My wife's b'day is today, I ordered her a gift that USPS lost for two weeks. It just arrived at the tomah location about an hour ago and wouldn't be going out to be delivered til tomorrow. My wife's birthday is today. So I went there and begged the older woman with the glasses and the longer greyish hair if she could grab it for me so I could get it to my wife on her bday and that the package is large but light weight and very easy to pick out in a pile of other boxes. With the most careless mono tone I have ever heard, all she could say to me over and over again was "Nope, can't, too many packages". Completely worthless.

Clerk 07 captured three opportunities to interact during one transaction in very condescending tones and words. The other clerk there even said “you sure are schooling today” to Clerk 7. Absolutely the opposite of customer service, and not the first time from this Clerk 7. Speaking to someone in a single song voice while using unfriendly words is still poor customer service. Think about how you make people feel Clerk 07, reevaluate and educate yourself. There are many who don’t have great language skills, I can just imagine how she is with them.

The staff was very rude I was at the counter less than 20 seconds and received rude service and quickly rushed out of line. It's easy to see why the us postal service is suffering with customer service like that.

I made the change of address to my new house ahead of time and they returned an important piece of mail to me because I couldn't deliver it, I wonder why???? The change of address is made at the post office if the employees do not do their work or are not aware of the changes of residence.

This is how our mailboxes was left ,After she delivers our mail including packages in the one mailbox. .I hope something get's done after I reported this to the Tomah Post Office .

Ordered stamps a week ago. Got Informed Delivery that they were supposed to come last week Weds. NOPE. They weren't even in my mailbox! Can I please have the two books of stamps that I ordered for pity sake???????????????

Please be careful this group being supposedly working there for martial art, weapen defense training are using the address. Of the post office . Please be cautious as it seems suspicious to me and even sounds like a possible threat of the. Postal service

THEY NEVER PUT ANY "APO/AE MILITARY" BOXES ON SHELVES TO MAIL OUT.WHEN ASKED A CLERK ABOUT THIS, I WAS TOLD.... UUHH YOU CAN USE THE REGULAR BOXES AND POINTED TO THE SHELVES. "SAFE SHIP" IN TOMAH HAS THEM DISPLAYED WITH PRICES AND SUPPLIES THEM. MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR MILITARY FAMILIES . THEY WERE CLOSED, SO HAD TO USE UNHELPFULTOMAH POST OFFICE, CROSS MY FINGERS AND PRAY THAT MY MILITARY FAMILY RECEIVES MY GIFTS.L
