I can’t express hard or loud enough to never ever go to most likely any US cellular but particularly the one in Tomah! We were a very satisfied Cricket Customer and walked into US cellular to see what they could do for us! Not only do they not give you any kind of free phone for being a new customer but they also tell you your cell phone bill is going to be a certain amount ($119a month) and then so far in 11 months I haven’t seen it be cheaper than $170 a month! And of course, every time I call to have them help rectify this terrible situation no one does anything! Please do not go to US cellular

Poor knowledge on the operation of the iphone. I had questions after purchase and all the help I got from the tomah store was call the 1 800 number for apple. The screen saver the tomah store installed was lifting off the phone after 1 day and they refused to install a new one.

Amanda and crew were amazing. We had some issues with phones and they fixed it up. It took a long time but they were wonderful during the whole process. Thanks again!

Mr.Becerra did an amazing job from customer service to how he speaks in a friendly manner. Helped me find the right phone and accessories for it. While also staying true to his salesman esque I greatly appreciate this man for the service and definitely recommend seeing him! Mrs.Vanetten helped me get my data working and was very helpful and literally did everything she could to help unlike the red head.

Terrible service every time I've gone, especially from Harley. Acted like she didn't want to be there and that I was an inconvenience just for asking a question, then just told me to do it myself.Edit: Only changing this with the change of staff, Noah is great and so is Carey, though who I believe to be the manager is very rude and dismissive.

Day one , went home couldn't make a call , went back to store,said it was fixed went home tried to make a call did not work went back to store, put a new sim card in finally worked, kind of, since I have had my phone about every third day I need to reset, to get some messages, have dropped calls, live between oakdale and tomah usually have 1 bar, just being honest. Just deal with it because need some kind of phone, they all offer you a spectacular deal for a plan and over priced phone

Service is speedy but only for basic problems that anybody could fix, plus they seem to condescend to you at times and act like the know better (went to the adams certified retailer and they got it done with a smile). Really seem to have a lack of respect for anyone over the age of 45 who doesn't know a lot about tech.

Had to get a new charger for my phone..very knowledgeable..one minor problem was I paid for it with my credit card and somehow or other they couldn't find it..so I paid it again..apparently the corporate system had an error within the system..they did take it from my account 2x..but rectified it on my new bill..which no payment is due and I have a credit!

Went in for a FAST carrier change. Called ahead, Assistant manager Brandon Jarvi made it smooth. Expected to be stuck for a afternoon, I got out in 30 minutes. Great job Tomah

Went to the store to close out my mothers account as she recently passed away, and was told we would need to be put on a waiting list, which was fine and understandable considering COVID. However, while waiting in our car we saw and heard one of the employees come out and grab a customer who had gone in after us to be put on the list and state that she could help him because she did not know it was him... I guess his needs took priority over ours because she knew him, and that’s more important than helping us as we grieve and work our way through getting through the loss of my mother and making sure we close out everything that needs to be taken care of.
