I had an alignment done here yesterday and was very satisfied with the service offered at The Auto Clinic! Mike gave me an honest quote on additional work that would have made my mighty Neon drive better for longer and did not pressure me to have the work done when the repair would have been more than what the car was worth. I would recommend this shop to my friends for auto repairs.Rock

Diagnosed the problem super quick, as it was an easy fix, just went the extra mile and fixed it. Very personable, very honest...the kind of shop I'd know would give an honest assessment and fair price fixing. Will use them again

My truck broke down last year. Mike was able to put in a new Clutch, Transfer Case and Transmission at a reasonable price. My truck felt like new when I got it back.

Red Flags: They fired a pastor's son who was an expert in the field. They fired another honest mechanic I know, and he said they wanted him to do things he didn't think were right. I took a car to them on a drizzly day and left it for them to diagnose and fix. When I picked it up the odometer hadn't turned, the ground was dry underneath, the scotch tape I put on the tire was still stuck to the tire and the ground, and they claimed they had taken it on three road tests to find the problem and found nothing. They charged me for their time. I took the car to another mechanic and found the transmission was just about to fail. Others in the community complain of similar incidents and bad service consistent with my experiences.

I was in tomah for work and needed front brakes. These guys provided excellent customer service and even gave me a ride back to my hotel and picked me up when it was finished. Rates are typical for a good automotive repair shop

Took car in for an alignment because I bought new tires. They asked me why I needed an alignment and I told him. Now I don't know anything about cars and I didn't realize I needed to tell them there was a pull to the left. As previous experiences at other auto shops when I've bought new tires for my car I've never said anything more then I need an alignment done, and after it was done my car was good, no pull nothing. I take it here and I still feel the pull. Let the hubby know and he called them and they said I never let the know about the pull, true because I didn't think I had to, and that my car never needed an alignment and how other things were wrong but nothing to be to concerned about right now. So if I "NEVER" needed an alignment why did you do one and charge me $54 and some change? They tried to tell my husband that they told me that and they didn't. They only told me about the other problems. So my suggestion to anyone, go somewhere else or never let your wife go alone, be there with her or take it for her. Because I feel like because I was a woman that had no lnoknowle about cars I was taken advantage of. Oh then they said well she can bring it in and we can fix it but it's gonna cost you $400, um no thank you. I'll go somewhere else.

Was very happy with the service and price. I needed to get an alignment they didnt have any appointments open but said if I dropped it off they could have it done by the next day. They called right away the next morning to say it was done!

I was traveling to Fort mccoy and my truck started having trouble going into reverse. I was a long way from home and I am not very good with DIY repairs. I went to the auto clinic based on a reference from another Soldier and they treated me 1st class. Not only did they make the repair the same day but also the owner took me back to Fort mccoy while I waited for the vehicle to be repaired. I can't say enough about how good the repair was done and how well I was treated.

Hate when my car breaks down (obviously) but I love this guy. Mike has always been straight and to the point about what is wrong and what really needs to be fixed without upselling or giving me the run around... pretty much everything I need in a mechanic.
