He helped us with figuring out what to do when we were stranded today and we are very thankful! He could have said he didn’t do the sort of repair we needed but he was considerate enough to go out of his way to help us find a solution on a Holiday weekend! And his advice worked and we’re back on the road on our way to our daughter’s house!

He pulled my car out of the ditch and a few weeks later when I broke down hauled it 45 minutes home. Very great guy. Would recommend

Completely corrupt individuals. Charged us $250 to tow our car 5 miles. He knocked it down to $240 cash when I brought up that their dog jumped on my car and scratched it. No receipt for the tow...cash price so no recourse when I find out towing laws only allow a $150 fee under 20 miles. The most aggravating thing was that the woman kept denying the dog scratched it when she and 4 people sitting in the car watched it happen. A simple acknowledgement and apology would have gone a long way! Jerry also wanted to charge us $500 to tow the car 25 miles (according to google maps) to my family's house. We rented a uhaul and towed it ourselves.I try very hard to only post positive reviews but people should be warned.

I was traveling for business on a Sunday when I got a flat. Jerry was super quick to come and pick me up to get me towed to Walmart. So thankful for the fast service!

Terrible experience yesterday with this company. Was barely in the ditch 3 miles if that from their place at3 am on my way to work. Charged me 300 dollars plus broke my dang car. Hooked up the tow chain to the trailing arm on the axle. Pulled me out talked my ear off about rtvs and seen my car was messed up when I went to park for payment but still left me sit. Will be taking action
