“This by far is the best Ace Hardware we have ever been in. We are in town from North Carolina visiting our son in Sparta until December and we were looking for a turkey fryer without a timer that shuts off the fryer every 15 minutes. We didn’t get the two employees names that assisted us that deserve recognition for excellent customer service. The one employee mentioned he is still cutting wood at 77 years old and the other employee is a nice lady that also lives in Sparta on a street that begins with a G. These two employee went above and beyond to help us during our purchase. During our conversation, the male employee walked with us up to the front register and a Manager came to approve a Price Match on a Bayou Classic 41,000 BTU Welded Steel Frame Outdoor Cooker. Thank you also, to the Manager for approving the Price Match. It was also nice to see how many hard working and friendly employees are at this location.”
