I've used these guys in the past they were good enough to get some parts from for my computer repair shop Whizconsin Solutions LLC worked with me on price once I explained what it was for so good for B2B if you need a part from them. My computer was frozen so I took it in for an estimate. Said it just needed Windows 10/had been using Win7. Said had to pay cash. Computer still frozen when returned, will answer SMS or messages. Will not provide my Administrator name/pass. System now not functional all.

Called and asked about why my gaming pc I bought off of Facebook is running at 100% disk usage always and why I can’t game on it, he told me it was normal that my pc is like that even though I have 32 GB of ram and informed him I couldn’t play any games at all he still assured me this was normal. Called another computer store here in town and they instantly could tell I had a corrupt HDD. Do whatever you want with that information ?♂️

This was the best ever experience I've had getting my computer to work faster and taking care of an issue that I had for days. Dean was very knowledgeable and informative. I highly recommend him as he got me in first thing in the morning. He cleaned up several problems I had. It cost less than $22 including tax. Thanks Dean, you're the best!

I've only used one other computer repair shop to my dismay. I've used no one else since. Some 7yrs now. I've purchased 2 computers from them now. A used laptop and one they build themselves. The laptop is currently humming away in Kenya.My custom desktop is my pride and joy. Service and expertise is the best. Extremely helpful.

So took it Funky Monkey for a windows 10 update and after he installed it , it would NOT hook up the the internet and so took it back to him 2 more times and still he couldn't fix it , so had to take it to another guy & he fixed it in 2 hours , and it was a simple fix . So do not take any thing to him that has a problem , cause he lacks training on window 10 problems , Sad part is it costs me $100. more dollars to fix it !!! pissed off to say the least !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an issue with my desktop computer monitor not being bright enough to view. I tried every test that I could find on the internet, having no luck in fixing the issue. I called Funky Monkey.
