This is my second time at Morries for service on my F350. First time was in May of 2024 when I limped my truck to the shop due to it not starting. I dropped it off at the end of April to be inspected, and get serviced as I need an oil change and tire rotation. Well my truck was completed days before I found out. I was out of town and only found that my truck was complete when I started calling asking for an update. My service advisor didn’t provide any updates or info back on my truck until I started calling asking about it.
Flash forward to May 31, my tire blew while I was driving and my truck was towed into the dealership for inspection and repair. I never got an answer about it until I started asking questions about 2 weeks later. I finally got an appointment scheduled for June 17 at 1:30pm to pull it into the bay for inspection of damages and a plan moving forward with the insurance company. I started asking questions about the results of the inspection every day for the following week and never received the results of that inspection, which I’m not sure ever happened because they didn’t want to find a tire to move the truck. It had been sitting in the exact same spot as when the tow truck dropped it off for almost 60 days. Kept calling and asking for updates and the answer was always, “we are trying to get the insurance company to answer some questions” I was gone for 2 weeks in the beginning of July and still no answers. On July 29th, I left multiple messages for the Service Manager (he never answered any of them) and it took my dad finding the general manager for action to start happening. On July 30, I finally got a video of my truck in the bay and being inspected… it only needed new tires to be completely drivable. After more back and forth with them and the insurance company, I finally got my truck back on Aug 15 (76 days since it arrived at the dealer) and when I got home, I live about 5 miles from the dealer, it had the ABS light on the dash. It wasn’t on before the accident. Do not bring any vehicle here if you need it repaired.
I’m currently serving Active Duty in the military and have interacted with several different Ford dealerships across 6 different states and this was the worst service I’ve received.

Our sales person, Starr, was very professional and personable. I would work with her again. I would have given a 5 star rating except for how long we waited on the credit given that there was no problem with qualifying. Someone was being trained in credit. The vehicle is what we were looking for and the price was good which is the reason we bought it.

One of the best financing options I have seen in the past 30 years of buying vehicles. The sales staff was outstanding. We were very pleased to have Marabeth as our sales consultant. The cars we came to look at were already sold or being test driven. We did not feel any pushing by any of the staff. It was a great experience buying a used car that is going to last us a while.
