I recently purchased a motorcycle financed through 1st Community credit union. Overall that experience was quite painless. What really stood out to me was getting a call about a week or two later from Lucas at the Tomah branch. He was very friendly and professional, He had went through my credit profile and found he could save me money on our car loans. So my wife and I refinance with 1st community credit union saving us $100 per month and almost $4,000 in interest. We went from 20% plus to an 8.25% interest rate. We are in the process of rebuilding credit and this makes us feel like we are finally heading in the right direction. I would recommend 1st Community credit union ask for Lucas Fanning for a friendly experience.

I had an amazing experience with Rhonda in tomah today. She was so kind, patient, and had no problem explaining everything to me. I didn't have to wait for a card to come in the mail either!! Awesome job and thank you so much!Lucas helped with with an auto loan and went through so many options. Also was going to help me with my other debt to help boost my credit score. 1stCCU has been ny far tha best for banking!

1st CCU has been wonderful to work with since I joined in 2019. Little did I know just how great they are and in particular Rhonda Anderson when tragedy struck me in December 2023. Rhonda helped me set up all my bill pay accounts and answered all my questions about getting direct deposit accounts set up for a family member. She truly is great to work with. Thank you Rhonda.

The staff at 1st ccu are always friendly and welcoming. Today was no exception. I stopped by without a call ahead or appointment, and Rhonda Anderson was able to still take the time to set up an account for me, and straighten out a few things that needed taken care of. I'd recommend 1st ccu and especially Rhonda to anybody and everybody.
