Staff was very friendly and helpful. My boat was dead in the water and we were able to rent a boat from them and saved our last day of vacation. They sell new and used boats and they also service them. We will definitely visit them again.

Service dept man was very helpful and out of blue came a lady, questioning what we doing. Very rude and told me if I needed service the best they could do was November or December or wait until until June or July. I told her we have our boat in storage in fall...not her problem. Very un professional.

*Please read this review prior to visiting Watercraft.* This company has a monopoly in town, therefore they have the luxury of being able to treat customers poorly. After having our boat in their shop for service twice, both times they have returned the boat to us with less gas than we had when we brought it there. The first time, they stole a half tank of gas from us and have refused to reimburse us for this expense. Today it came to a head when we picked up the boat and within a few minutes, ended up stranded in the middle of the lake, with an empty gas tank. When I called to ask how they would reconcile this, they blamed us! They rewrote history saying we were mad at them for refueling the first time (when it was the literal opposite). They said unless we specifically ask for them to refuel, they will not check/care/or notify us of the gas levels. They said they have no idea how far away their customers live from their shop therefore it’s not their job to know whether or not we’ll have enough gas to get there. Absolutely crazy! Unfortunately like I said, they’ve got a monopoly - but it’s important to be informed when working with them, knowing that they have irrational and nonsensical practices like this with a flare for being dishonest.

Stay away! After the sale all you get is excuses! My friend bought a 2023 Tracker from them. They were supposed to transfer graphs and trolling motor from his old boat to the new boat. Well they kinda did. Kinda. They were shown detailed instructions on how and where he wanted the graphs mounted. When asked if they wanted a copy of the written instructions, they said No. Well, needless to say, it was a swing and a big miss.As for the trolling motor, huge mess up! On his old boat was a newly installed 24v Minn Kota Terrova. This is powered by 2 12v batteries wired together in series. How they missed this is beyond me. Even a new tech should have recognized that. They moved the motor to the new boat and wired it to one battery claiming that their notes said to de-rig 12v system. That is not what they were told or shown. When Watercraft was told about this error, they made my friend prove to them that the motor was 24v by texting pics of the id tag from the motor. Really?Watercraft owes my friend 2 group 27 batteries and a Connect-Ease wire harness which were supposed to be transferred from his old boat according to the sales agreement. They just spew excuses and don't want to pay up. Pretty Sad.

The entire team was amazing. I would recommend anyone to go to this place for snowmobile, I believe they offer other services too which I’m sure is top class. They are so nice and welcoming all my fears of snowmobiling for the first time went away. I think this place deserves all the customers. Prices are so awesome. The best in the entire area. I guarantee that. Great place and great staff. Will come back for sure

If I was basing this review solely on Joe, I’d give him a 5 star review. We were a group of first time snow mobilers and he was very patient and informative with teaching us how to operate our sleds. Being first timers, I would of liked a better run down of how the trails work, how to read the map, how to understand the suggested app, maybe even someone to guide us on the trails, etc. I also could of done more homework myself. But overall a good place with friendly staff and nice rental equipment.

My boyfriend rented a pontoon and tube for his birthday. As it turns out there were storms that would make it dangerous to be out on the lake. This was late August.Soon after it turned cold. They would not refund ANY of the money. They would not carry it over to the following year. You’re just out.For us we were out over $300.00We definitely will be renting again this coming summer, but NOT from them.No integrity. No concern for customer service.Avoid.Go somewhere else.

Labor prices jumped $385.00 from my written quote. I called and questioned the labor charges and was told "it is what it is" I let the matter rest a couple weeks and got another bill in the mail. I called again and spoke to Katie again about the labor being double charged. She stated she typed it wrong but the charges stand. Written quote was $1561.46 and the invoice changed to $1945.62 Absolutely no negotiations and I feel labor was billed twice. I've never had a problem in the past and I hate leaving negative reviews on small businesses. I learned that a written quote doesn't matter anymore. To be fair sales tax was not included in quote which I understand. But the labor was $270.00 more than agreed.

If you don’t mind your 350.00 rental turning into a 500.00 charge then I would recommend using them. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

We purchased a used pontoon boat from California, everyone was very helpful. The boat was delivered the day we arrived for the summer. We couldn't be happier with the boat. Chris made sure the inflatable and bumpers we asked for were delivered with the boat, and the delivery was smooth and informative

We had a great experience at Watercraft Sales in Three Lakes, WI. Mike Bell made the sales process smooth and easy, working with us on our trade-in, and answering all of our questions or concerns with knowledge and experience. Our new Tracker arrived timely and was exactly as we had ordered. Cam went over all the operational features with us, and answered all of our questions in a very professional and pleasant manner. We are thrilled with our new fishing machine, and would recommend Watercraft Sales to anyone contemplating purchase of a new boat. It's SO refreshing to find a business that knows how to treat a customer!6/18/22 (2 years later) Well, Watercraft Sales is wonderful when you're buying a boat, not so much when you need support. You're simply told that they are too busy with more important customers to help you. We should have known...The problem we called about could have taken 10 minutes to fix, and the boat is still under warranty. We will never do any business with Watercraft Sales again. Surprised and disappointed to say the least.
