She started out rather gruff, “you can’t have that old label on there,” but ended up being a nice woman. I shipped Christmas packages from here to avoid the very long lines in the Twin Cities. I understand it’s a small town but being closed for an hour at lunch was an inconvenience.

They have no idea what they’re even doing over there. I have a missing package that says it DEPARTED eau Claire. The person at the thorp place insisted that was wrong. She insisted it was being processed. This person also insisted the usps only does informed delivery and not texts or email updates which is ABSOLUTELY WRONG. why are you hiring people who know less than people who don’t even work there?

Got a new person on the job, and now I keep getting letters that aren’t mine and my package says delivered but I never got it. Worst service I’ve gotten.
