I bought my car here about a month ago and I absolutely cannot recommend them enough!! The entire team from start to finish was extremely nice and knowledgeable. They have also done an amazing job following up and continue to answer any and all questions I have. They keep me up to date on services needed and get me in for maintenance in a very timely manner. I will be buying all my cars from them in the future!!! :)

What a great place, I was looking for a trailer. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I found one right away. I liked everything about the whole experience that I'm sure I found my new locally owned dealership. The one I used to go to got bought out by a corporation. And I believe in sticking with a locally owned business. I can't wait to buy a new truck from them. I had to get my parking pad ready before they delivered my trailer. So I finally got that done. The guys came today and did the best job ever putting my trailer in place. It fits perfectly. Talk about going
above and beyond. They came after working all day at the shop. You can tell they love their jobs. I would love to work with a group of people like that. Once again I highly recommend Courtney Ford.

Great Ford service. Pulling trailer and had engine problems putting us in limp mode. They were able to fit us in and get us fixed . Replaced throttle body and got us back on the road same day. Still cruising a week later towards Yellowstone. Thank you so much!!

It has been 20 years since I stepped foot into a Ford Dealership because we owned other makes of vehicles. But I have a Ford Dealership within a few miles of my home, and this makes me happy. Everyone one that works there is friendly and cheerful. Even the design of the building is inviting with it's large windows which allow tons of natural lighting making the whole experience delightful.
My Salesman, Steve S. was terrific, asking me what I needed in a vehicle. My answer was 4 wheel drive, electric mirrors, heated driver's chair, electric windows and remote control doors. He answered every one of our vehicles have that and much more. He also stated I was gaining 13 years in technology which made this car on the same par as my smartphone, which translates to a work in progress. He stressed it has a navigation system to which I stated I'll never use as I carry a map and if I leave the state for vacation I'll carry the "Trucker's" map! I had a navigation system in my 2004 Dodge Ram 3500 Crew cab 4x4 and never used it, that's what they make maps for.
I settled on a 2017 Explorer, its ok as far as cars go. The mileage it gets is terrific compared to to the pickup and costs a lot less to fill. But you can bet there will be another pickup truck in my future as I'm not a car person, but it won't be electric or even a hy-bred.

Had a major mechanical failure while hauling the camper across Wisconsin while traveling out of state, and we were a long ways from help. We were able to limp our way to Courtesy and couldn't have been luckier to get to work with Brian Hanson and his team. He got us in a new to us truck at a fair price to help us get back on the road and make it to our destination and home again! Would definitely recommend Courtesy!

Claim parts is open Saturday morning... don't believe it, there's nobody there, and you can almost never get parts on a Saturday, very frustrating... To be considered a legitimate car dealership, having parts available Saturday morning is essential in my opinion, but if your parts department isn't open on Saturday, then just say it, don't advertise it as being open....

Courtesy ALWAYS delivers expert satisfaction for me! The needed service on my truck was done timely, correctly and without me having to take a so much as a minute away from my job. The service department is outstanding, as is the entire staff in all departments. I’m spoiled to have such a great, hometown dealership just minutes away.

I would highly recommend Courtesy Ford. I purchased a New 2023 E Transit from them online and they shipped it from Wisconsin to Missouri. It was the easiest vehicle purchase of my life, all of the staff I dealt with were friendly, and communication was great.
I would purchase from them again.
