I really appreciated the efforts of service departments of both Gordie Boucher Village Ford dealerships in Menomonee and Thiensville. My son's car was not running well with a check engine light, and myself being from out of state had limited time to have his Mercury Milan Hybrid repaired. Both service departments went beyond expectations to repair the car in a very timely manner. I think their efforts were great.

This Sync3 software update at home was very convenient, asked the tech if the update included new navigation maps and he said it should, but he was wrong, it didn’t :(

First, appointment availability was great. Prior to calling Gordie, the earliest appointment I could get at a different dealership was 2.5 weeks out. Maybe you just happened to have a cancellation, but it was awesome to get a slot for the next day.
Next, CJ my courtesy driver was really nice and made great conversation.
Lastly, I was surprised by the multiple communications. Not only did Tim call to explain next steps to me and later called to report the issue was resolved, but I really liked the video that was texted to me too. Pretty cool!
My only hiccup was during pickup. I was incorrectly told Service closed later than it did, and I was wandering around the showroom looking for someone. But a gentleman promptly helped me get squared away!
