My 7 year old said I needed to leave FedEx a 5 star review. So here I am. But, on a serious note, this location has always been awesome. Ryan, Dennis, D&D (I don't know his name but in my head gave him that nickname cause he plays D&D lol) and the rest of the crew are all friendly and great at their job. And most importantly to me, FedEx has about a 99%.5% success rate with getting my packages delivered on time and undamaged. (I ship a LOT).Keep up the good work guys!

David was so so helpful and friendly and helped us get our bikes shipped out. I've been to this location multiple times and every time the staff is super helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this FedEx. And again, thank you David!!!

Everyone in this store is super helpful, and I mean EVERYONE. Not only helpful, but nice and friendly too. It's like chick-fil-a without the chicken. I've been to this location at different times; even just before closing, I was given the help I needed(with a not fake smile) along with explanations of how things worked. The prices were way better than anywhere else I've gone to get pictures blown up or put on canvas, even online.

I am compelled to write this review after four (4) miserable encounters at this FedEx OnSite location in Thiensville.Totally unprofessional staff that shows as if they dont like their jobs. Not at all helpful and talking to customers with a condescending behavior.First encounter was to drop off the package. Went there at around 4 pm. They said they cannot accept the package because their network is down and scanners not working. I went to Port Washington Road FedEx and the FedEx network was working fine there.Second encounter was to take passport photos. Went there and the customer service woman said that we cannot print them here, because they did not have the cutter to cut the photos. After 15 minutes when I returned after getting medication from the pharmacy, I saw another customer service person cutting photos for another customer.Third encounter was to take visa photos for another country. The same woman at FedEx said that we do not have that facility. We can only do US Passport photos. However, having done these photos earlier at the Port Washington FedEx location, I knew that FedEx does have the software in their system that does photos for many countries. This shows the sheer unwillingness of this woman to help.Fourth encounter was dropping of the package at 5 pm. They said the package will go out in the morning. I said okay. But the next day when I checked the package did not leave until evening, and it was time sensitive express package that I paid for. Again, unprofessional services.FedEx please work on performance management of these employees.By the way- each time I got no service here, I went to Port Washington Road FedEx and they have an amazing staff. Every person I met there was willing to help and provided outstanding customer service with the same systems and equipment that are at both locations. I have review them highly.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to send a package, 2 day delivery and paid $150. It needed to be there by Friday 2/11 they said no problem it would be there by Thursday 2/10 guaranteed delivery. My package didn't get delivered until Monday 2/14! 4 days late! I called fedex and tried to get a refund and they said they can't do anything. Don't waste your time or your money, your package will just be late. Worst part is they don't even tell you that it might be late, they literally said nothing about any delays. This is not how you do business.

As soon as I walked in they greeted me with a great attitude.. very professional and very sweet people. I love places like this they seem they really enjoy their job. They help me with my needs. Very great customer service.

Fedex employees stole my Packages from their fedex store in FRISCO, TX after it was shipped. This is the second time one of my item was stolen from that same store in the past two weeks. They won't do anything about it and the rep hung up in my face when I called
