Just had the most atrocious customer experience of my life. All I did was buy gasoline. I went to go inside and use my rewards. For some reason that caused the computer to lock up. The clerk was understandably annoyed so we both waited for it to reboot. Since I was getting $.30 a gallon I wanted to use my rewards. I pressed the loyalty ID button, and he yelled at me that I had “locked up his computer again.” I asked him to clarify what I did to lock up his computer and he told me “you did something.” I had been there in the past many times and have never been treated that way. This was an old man who apparently is just mad at the world. I left without being able to use my rewards because he couldn’t figure out how to put it in the computer. But he kept on that it was my fault. I will be contacting BP corporate because this was absolutely unacceptable.

This is one of the worst gas stations that I have been to, super rude customer service, closed an hour early with no explanation. They were very rude to children and possibly racist. I would not recommend for anyone.

The more I come to this BPGas station the more they remember me...the friendlier the workers get. The salmon is awesome. Thanks neighbors. Oh yea They have awesome fresh baked chocolate chip cookies throughout the week.

I have been coming to this gas station for 10 years for my morning cappuccino and have never experienced a rude or un friendly employee. I love this place.

I love this station, however there is one employee that isn't too interested in being happy. Everyone else is very friendly. Gas tends to be a lot higher here than other nearby places.

Came in a good mood simply need to pay for my gas and got a rude hello...when i was smiling coming in a happy mood rude tone of voice and attitude. I only came in because the card reader wouldnt read my card.

Extremely Rude gas station attendant working Saturday 9/8/2018. I parked to get coffee and she came out and yelled at me and said I could not park in the lot. I asked where I was suppose to park so I could come in to get coffee?? She must have assumed I was going to whatever fair was taking place down the street. She did not apologize once I was inside. I don't in people. I do in fact know how customer service works and she demonstrated poor skills.

Nasty owner confronted me in the parking lot with no uniform no explanation of who he was nothing. Didn't know the situation just came up and started acting like a hard a$$. No need to go to this place, there is a very nice Kwik Trip a few blocks South. Old outdated pumps and shady store.
