Was working and was two feet in front of a mail box I get this on the truck window I walk more than 10 miles a day in the blazing heat and you don’t have to leave your ac truck like what. No empathy or nothing just because she had to walk two steps

Came to this post office to renew my son’s passport. I had forgotten the birth certificate and the postmaster let me run home and get it so we could process his application. She was extremely accommodating and super nice! Very grateful for her!
