The entire staff clearly love their clients. Dr. Oliver and her assistant got down on the floor with my dog like she was their own. We were able to go right in - -no waiting. Pet Partners is great!

Dr Oliver and Kylie are a great team!. They are kind and courteous. Dr Oliver always takes the time to discuss any issue with us and she makes sure we are in on the decision making for the care of our animals. I highly recommend her!

First off LOVE the CAT room! Staff is welcoming and thorough.
Love how the doctors are compassionate and informative and extremely friendly. Right on time with appointment and kitties get a special treat and a glitter ball to go home with.

Can not say enough good things about the entire team at Pet Partners. I had probably one of the worst scares with my baby Gus this week. But the team listened to all of my concerns and talked me through everything they were doing. If it weren't for their thoroughness this would have ended completely differently. While they could not do the surgery Gus needed at the time, they made sure I had everything I needed and also called in a referral to WVRC. So there was little time waiting around when the time mattered most. Even the surgeon at WVRC commented on the exceptional level of care Gus had already received from Pet Partners before his surgery. Thankfully Gus is know on the road to recovery and feeling much better. From Gus, Uma and myself we can't thank the team enough for all they have done!

Horrible service had an emergency for my dog for a puncture wound on her neck and was told that because she wasn’t seen for two years they would not be able to see her.She was seen every year at petco for her every year vaccinations due to the cost that Dr Jo would charge which is far more expensive than at Petco. She also charges more for the medication that my other dog takes daily 134$ compared to Costco price of 56$ for the exact same thing. So shop around for prices or you might just get taken.
