She very patiently showed us the different sizes of units & went over pricing.I liked the fact that I could actually see the size of the unit to better judge whether my stuff would fit. Actually having a human to speak to added magnitudes to the customer (our) experience & positive customer service. Nadya is especially personable & friendly to work with.”

“We used Bluemound Moving and Storage in Dec 2023 to load three PODs, initially for storage and then for shipment to TN. Yesterday, we had local movers in TN unload and place the items in our new TN home. They were amazed at the professional level of loading and packing the PODs by the BMS team. I waited to write this review until our stuff arrived, because even though BMS packing was professional and the communication was excellent, the true test is the condition of the items when they arrive at the destination. Not one item was damaged! I cannot recommend BMS enough!! Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the three gentlemen we had load us in WI, but I will not hesitate to tell all of my family and friends about our awesome experience. Well done!”

“I'm an otr trucker and I delivered a 12 Harley Davidson motorcycles here from Sturgis. I was so impressed with this place! The lot had plenty of parking and it was designed with trucker's in mind. The facility was spotless and the driver room was super clean. Shannon in shipping was polite and professional and I was impressed with her, and Ken S. Unloaded my and he was super professional and funny. He had worked there 32 years and was a pro forklift operator. I really wanted to post a review because they deserve it. “I had such a positive experience with booking and planning for my move with Riley. In an unexpected turn of events, I ended up not needing their services and had to cancel my appointment prior to my scheduled moving date. The cancelation policy gave me the flexibility and reassurance I needed to do so.My deposit was returned to my account in the timeframe provided. The customer service was above and beyond! Evan Rabas was the Anchor representative, and I recalled his name as he is was a professional golf champion in a past life. He was very helpful and Anchor's prices were no higher than the other companies in town. The move went well, and the movers were professional and careful. I would not hesitate to use Anchor again.”
“Clean storage facility but make sure that you pay before you get locked out. There were so many units that were tagged and locked out. They have carts available to use for free. There was a strong smell of pesticides which is good and bad.”

I was able to get everything done and my movers were super polite and helpful to get everything where it was needed and also help on some opinions for me and my spouse to find out where everything belongs in the new home.
