“What a selection! If you have not stopped the waukesha or milwaukee location, you need too! They have such a wide selection of various unique liquor, wines and beer from various countries. Prices are good and the customer service is great, always some available to help. I stop regularly and try as something new for the Parties I host and I always get asked “where did you find this?”.”
“Falls liquor is a great small town liquor store. The owner is very friendly, and will accommodate you as best as he can. I occasionally buy beer here, but requested a specific wheated bourbon , and he had it in a couple of weeks later at a fair price. I could have bought this at other places when I ran across it, but chose to give this store my business based off how accommodating they were. See you again soon!”

“Great selection of all types of liquor but I'm partial to their great selection of whiskey and bourbon (at great prices). They've got some hard to find things. The owner is great. If you're looking for something specific that you don't see, just ask him. Can't say he'll always get it but he'll try. Will continue to make this my go to for all things alcohol.”

“I absolutely have to give this gentleman Owen Schultz and Otto's a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!! I called Otto's earlier in the week looking for a particular Rum. Owen informed me that they did not have this particular rum at the store... Sounding discouraged, I thanked him for his time and right before I go to hang up Owen asks if he'd like me to call a few other locations to check if that had it... Although I did not have confidence in this, I said sure. (What will it hurt?) Well - to my surprise the next day Owen calls with great news telling me he found the Rum and told me it would be at the store on Thursday. Man - could I kiss him! I so much appreciated Owen going the extra mile❤️. I'm not sure if Owen understood how excited and happy I was as I was looking everywhere for this Rum. Thank you so much Owen! “I recently visited Brews Wine & Spirits LLC and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their selection of liquor. The store had a wide variety of options, from well-known brands to more obscure ones, making it a one-stop-shop for all my alcohol needs.
One thing that stood out to me was their Thursday sample event. It's always nice to be able to try a product before purchasing it, and Brews Wine & Spirits offers just that. This not only allows customers to discover new favorites but also shows that the store is confident in the quality of their products.
The staff at Brews Wine & Spirits were also a pleasure to interact with. The guy working there was real cool and knowledgeable about the different products they offer. He was able to answer all my questions and even made some great recommendations based on my preferences.
Apart from their impressive selection and friendly staff, the store itself was well-organized and clean. The layout made it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. I also appreciated the fact that they had some local products available, supporting small businesses in the area.
Overall, I had a great experience at Brews Wine & Spirits LLC and will definitely be returning for all my liquor needs. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a wide selection of quality products and a welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the good work!”

“They have great prices and selection. It's like an old school store that buys in volume and passes the savings on to the customer. Because of this, they can be busy. Especially on weekends. However, they have a bunch of checkout lanes that are, unlike some other places, adequately staffed and open. So you're not waiting in line forever. My only criticism would be that sometimes it can be difficult to find what you're looking for and difficult to find someone to help you find what you're looking for.”
“Well, the bottle of booze that I bought seemed to work just fine.... and the guy that worked there (possibly owner) was friendly and funny. Told me he bets I was going to a bonfire with neighbors and going to get drunk. He was fairly accurate.”

“Although I prefer citgo or Amoco gas in my car I did have to stop at Kwik Trip. This place can get very busy. I usually pay at the pump rather than go inside and paying first. The inside is clean and full of different products to buy food or otherwise”

“For the most part my experiences are good here. I had someone tell me that something was way more expensive than it was, but it was rectified quickly with kindness. (I think they were new as it was my first time seeing them.) There's this lady that works there and she is such a sweetheart, definitely my favorite worker! But everyone here is nice and kind.”

“The ONLY reason why this a 4star and not 5 start is because at checkout (my husband has severe OCD-things needs to be scanned and bagged in the same order they were scanned) so we always gravitate towards self checkout. Unfortunately it was a $300 order. Never had an issue with any other store with this but the lady that was by self checkout (short blond hair) was very rude. After asking if he wanted someone to bag or scan for him and we respectably declined and explained why, she said well it is common courtesy not to go in self checkout with that many items. Well then I'm sorry maybe you should have a 10 items or less sign and also people don't have common courtesy for people with mental health issues just because it's not "normal". The young lady with the long black hair was absolutely amazing to us.I also want to add that is took my husband less then 10 minutes to scan, bag, and load into the cart a $300 order (we time it another OCD) don't know many cashiers who could do that themselves? Otherwise the store is amazing!!!!!”
“The ONLY location that will have a cashier on duty, no matter what time you go. I shop early (6/7 am), and they have a cashier working. Self check out is NOT for me. Luv this place.”
