Wowwww what a knowledgeable respectful, honest, humble, friendly associate!! Such a clean, well stocked, well lit store;—)) everyone is there to help you such as Maria,Bina,Kelly, there are more associates that they’re always there with a beautiful smile to help you no matter what!!! Wowww always love my Kohl’s Sussex store!!! Wish I could remember everyone’s name!! Thank you lovely people!!

Terrible experience. Just wanted to buy some high end Vera Wang 800 thread count sheets.
Zoom in, it says $200. Cashier complains because I applied for Kohl’s card online instead of there. Then denies me the combination of 40% off for the card app and 30% off with my “coupon”. One or the other she says… Then it comes up $104 and gives me $10 Kohl’s cash. I said I thought it was $10 for every $50 spent? She says “smuggly” it’s based on the “subtotal”. You are $3 short🤨
I can well afford not to play that silly game, but it really irritated me when I went home and looked up the sheets only to find I could have bought them for $15 cheaper online with feee shipping. Yes, I mean $85!!!
Then I got a notification from my credit card company (I have impeccable credit with absolutely NO debt) that Experian dropped my 800 credit score 100 points because I applied for the Kohl’s card! Run away fast!
They are headed for bankruptcy, just watch the news.🤢🤮

I don’t even know where to start with this store as far as one of there managers and store manager. Me my wife and 3 daughters walked in and my oldest daughter has an emotional support animal watch is a baby bunny that has paperwork and everything. All the employees were making smart remarks to each other and were giving weird looks to my daughter for her bringing it in the store. As we were shopping they kept following my kids around. We got done shopping when we got up to the registers my 3 year old grabbed a juice bottle and asked if she could get it I told her no that she would need to put it back when she went to put it back she put it in her mouth. As soon as she did that the manager told us now you need to buy it. I just told her she couldn’t have it she said that was to bad that she put it in her mouth and now there’s germs all over it so we would need to purchase it now. I told her no I will not be purchasing it. I asked for her name What she refused to give it to me. I then asked for corporate’s number what she refused that also. So I said if she would not give me her name I would take a picture of her so I knew who I was reporting she said that she was going to call the cops on me. So I left the store. I called and asked to speak to the store manager and she got on the phone I explained everything to her she said as soon as we walked in we had to walk to the front desk and show paperwork for her support animal. That is completely false. She then went on to that my kids were running around the store breaking things and yelling. Completely false. Then went on to because my 3 year old did put in her mouth then yes we should of paid for it also completely false. I will not go back to this store again. As far as how I was treated by a manager and the store manager

The staff was very helpful and friendly which is why I gave them three stars. The only time it pays to shop at Kohl's is when you're shopping for clearance stuff. The prices on most of their things have gotten so ridiculous. There are certain things you can get at a good bargain if it's on sale, you have a coupon, and you use your Kohl's charge card, but I feel like that's too much work to just buy something at a reasonable price. I've noticed they have a tendency to say things are 50% off or 25% off and yet if you look someplace else you can find it at the same price or cheaper not on sale.
