The staff was very helpful and friendly which is why I gave them three stars. The only time it pays to shop at Kohl's is when you're shopping for clearance stuff. The prices on most of their things have gotten so ridiculous. There are certain things you can get at a good bargain if it's on sale, you have a coupon, and you use your Kohl's charge card, but I feel like that's too much work to just buy something at a reasonable price. I've noticed they have a tendency to say things are 50% off or 25% off and yet if you look someplace else you can find it at the same price or cheaper not on sale.

Purchased a Shark vacuum, mistake number one. Before using it I found it to be the worst vacuum I ever purchased, mistake number two. I called the 800/855 number was told it was an "exclusive" and couldn't be returned, mistake number three. After using it since I seemed to be stuck with it, I again called about filing a complaint about nothing stating it was an "exclusive". THEN AFTER USING IT, I WAS TOLD THE PREVIOUS CSR WAS WRONG!! It would have been returnable. Mistake number four, I should have DEMANDED a full refund.I won't ever make another substantial purchase from any Kohls.

Beware!!! don't assume that your 30% coupon is good before checking the Kohls website for all of the ADDITIONAL brand names that are excluded! Also, there was no 10% coupon upon completion of their online survey
