“Want to give a HUGE shout out to George, I went in looking for options on a weber gas grill, he spent 20 minutes with me looking up exactly the kind of grill I was looking for ,showed me pictures, was also looking for a garage light, he took me to them, found the one I was looking for. Went home with the model number of the grill. Called the store, George was busy with other customers, he called me back, we ordered the grill over the phone, everything went smooth, he called after it was assembled and he delivered it the same day. Thank you George for all you did, George, your a amazing employee for Ace hardware, Thank you again for all your knowledge and patience with me”

“This is the most awesome hardware store in southeast wisconsin. Truly a handy-persons delight as well as a place contractors visit often. They have almost everything you could want for any project. They have the widest assortment of power tools you will find anywhere with Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Stihl, and many others. They have air tools and nailguns and all the usual departments like plumbing and electrical. They have great knowledgeable staff. They have a guy in plumbing who is great at finding the parts you need. They have tool days where many manufacturers come to display their wares and let you test drive various power tools. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I love this place. Next door they have a store with all kinds of knobs and drawer pulls and other cabinet hardware. You really have to see this place to believe it. Prices are typical of a hardware store. On tool day weeks they have great sales. Get on their mailing list so you get tool day flyers.”

“Walked in to see what this place was all about.Well.. it's woodworking... from beginner tools.. to advanced high end tools, and everything in-between. Pen and pencil turning kits.. epoxy.. glue, sandpaper, chisels, dust collection, exotic wood, basically everything you need or want... all in one store. Staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and respected my request to just walk around and soak it all in.”

One young man helped me find what I thought I was looking for but when I went to check it out the price was more than it was on my search. So another gentleman went and found the product for me and it was exactly what I was looking for. They have a larger selection than a lot of the other Home Depots in the area, and don't seem to sell out as quickly. The pricing was also affordable. This location has become our choice Home Depot location. Home Depot (in general) usually has what we are looking for when working on our house. We love the convenience of the self checkouts, and the ease of using a gift card. The app is also great to help find if what we are shopping for is in stock and where it is located. We have no complaints for this big box store.”

“In a world that often appears to have very little customer service within the store to assist, or people that don't know anything about where they work, I stopped in to get exterior door handles, locks and keypad for my home. Because I had already made a purchase elsewhere on my own and didn't quite get it right, it was nice to have 2 young gentlemen approach me as they passed and asked if I needed help. They helped me pair up what I needed and answered questions so that I could understand how it worked. Kudos to Jake and Damon in Delafield for being present, helpful and kind!”

“I had ceiling tiles delivered and saw by the UPS notification that they had arrived. I spoke to Heidi about needing them to be updated as delivered in Home Depot's computer so I could pick them up ASAP, since I had a worker here ready to install them. Heidi was super helpful making it happen; called me back shortly to say I could pick them up. When I got to the service desk it was super busy with customers. When it was my turn, Barbara was very helpful and very polite with a crabby customer waiting behind me. Barbara and Heidi helped my carry out my order and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“Big shout out to the paint department! These guys and gals go the extra mile. Quite sure my mom and I were driving them crazy at one point and were even so kind to swap out some paint that didn't look like the sample after mixed. They have great tips and not just order takers. I also really like that you can keep all your purchase history on file with the phone number so my sister was able to replicate a color I couldn't remember easily.”
