I called the office about 30 minutes before my appointment time to tell them that I would be running 10 minutes late. I asked if that would be okay or if I should reschedule - they reassured me that I should still come and that they would make a note that I called in my chart.I got there about 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. After waiting a few minutes for the receptionist to get off the phone and for them to help the patient ahead of me in line, I checked in at the front desk. The receptionist told me that Dr. Kies had a “strict 10 minute policy” and WOULD NOT see me. Even after calling ahead, she still did not see me and told me to reschedule my appointment for a different day.I had the respect to call ahead and make her aware that I would be running 10 minutes late. Why was I not informed of this “10 minute” policy over the phone when I asked? Why was there no respect for my time driving there?I will not be returning, as this experience made me lose trust in our doctor patient relationship.

I had hernia surgery two days ago. I was given 15 pain pills and told to take 1 every 4 hours, 60 hours worth of pills. Immediately post surgery, one pill was not enough, and I was still in a great deal of pain. For the first few doses I took 1.5 or 2 pills. Knowing I was taking more and being worried about running out, I called the surgeon's office yesterday. The nurse told me the surgeon won't prescribe more. She told me I needed to contact my primary care physician to assess my pain and my needs.I was able to make an appointment with my primary care physician for today. I met with Dr. Jeanine Kies a couple of hours ago. She asked if I had been moving around. I explained to her I had been up and walking around at least every hour. Have been walking laps around the yard, but it is making the pain worse the more I'm up walking around. Dr. Kies said my pain would become less if I walked around more. I tried to explain that I am trying to do that, but I don't have any more pain medication and am experiencing very bad nerve pain shooting down my leg and that is making it difficult to keep walking. She told me she would not override what the surgeon prescribed and could not do anything to help with my pain. She told me I would need to contact the surgeon's office about pain management.I'm getting the run around, both places telling me to contact the other one. I'm in pain, I'm not going to go back and forth to different appointments, hoping someone can help me. It was painful enough to go to my appointment today.Every person is different. The amount of medication that works for one person may be different than what works for another person. It is just disgusting that I can't get any help with the post surgery pain I'm experiencing. I'm not some druggie looking to get high, but that is how the medical system treats everyone when they say they are in pain. The recommended "take Tylenol" isn't doing much.I will not be returning to see Dr. Jeanine Kies as my primary care physician ever again.

Whenever they require me to have an appointment to get my prescription they never tell me as I call it in and don't tell me i need an appointment until i call them asking for my prescription. Ever since Doctor Urlakis left they have went down hill fast.

I traveled nearly an hour to be seen due to having Covid & Influenza A. I was 11 mins late due to being in extreme pain & Dr. Keyes couldn't even listen to my lungs to ensure I didn't have pnuemonia. Garbage.

This facility does NOT make reasonable accommodations for disabilities. Especially doctor Jeannie Keis.

I will not be going to this location again, I was uncomfortable and not takin serious. The doctor Jeanine Kies was incredibly one track minded. I could tell she never went through what I go through every day. She compared me to athletes to belittle my situation, which I’m not, and told me if I couldn’t handle work because of my condition, to just pick another job, her words were “ we all choose our work” lol I have never felt so belittled, you would hope your doctor would have your best interests at heart and listen to the pleas of the patient and I did not feel that way. I told her I would like a 2nd opinion and her first words were Go ahead lol I could not believe it. Never again, am I going here. Update: I have sense then, received a bill that was grossly inaccurate of the service provided, and have reached out to patient relations to see how best to resolve the issues I’m having. Current status: In Limbo

I've been with Dr. Jeanine Kies since 2017. She has been an understanding and helpful doctor who provides options for care. I also appreciate her holistic and honest approach, which I believe comes from her personal experience of having health concerns and her training as a doctor of osteopathic medicine. I've learned much about how to better care for myself under her treatment. I've always been respected and listened to by Dr. Kies. I'm perplexed by the recent reviews as I have always had good care from my doctor and the Froedtert Health system.

Honestly wouldn't even give them one star their communication is awful and my doctor Dr. U is for some reason no longer a provider.. I basically was forced to switch providers, and now that I have continue to have problems getting my prescription medicine.. Definitely not the place to be going if you have any Health Issues.. I am Seeking other Primary Doctor Currently But With Prescriptions Needed for the Entire Family Switching Care Providers Is Not Easy.. I Would Avoid This Location

They terminated the best doctor there. They never informed his patients and simply told you that he's no longer there.

I had a lab prescription, called and scheduled a lab appointment. When I was arrived and checked in, I was told they cannot do my lab, because the doctor Dr. Kenneth Urlakis left. I had a glucose order, so I have been fasting as the scheduler told me. I almost fainted because I have not eaten anything for so long. After calls, I finally got the lab done at 11am.I am not upset with the lab tech or anyone particular. It is just the system that they did not have a transition for the patients.

They got rid of the BEST doctor i have ever experienced! Both of my parents retired from the medical field, i have been around doctors and nurses my whole life and i am DISGUSTED to hear they got rid of Dr. Ken Urlakis! I would change insurance to get a doctor like him again!

They got rid of the best doctor...one whom I've seen since 2005...and when I moved to Franklin...I still drove out to Sussex to keep him as my doctor....They got rid of him for political reasons!!! He had like 3500 patients who loved him. I'm now done with Froedert...they didn't even bother to notify his patients!!! I had to hear the horrible news from my BFF who sees him but she found out because her husband is cousins with Dr. Urlakis... best Dr. I have ever had!!!
