While getting labs done I was poked a few times in my arm & my vein was right there ..I could see it and it wasn’t a roller. So she went in my hand and I ended up with a small grape sized vein afterwards..Worst place I ever had my blood drawn. Full of bruises. My husband had similar experience with the same lady.

Whenever they require me to have an appointment to get my prescription they never tell me as I call it in and don't tell me i need an appointment until i call them asking for my prescription. Ever since Doctor Urlakis left they have went down hill fast.

I traveled nearly an hour to be seen due to having Covid & Influenza A. I was 11 mins late due to being in extreme pain & Dr. Keyes couldn't even listen to my lungs to ensure I didn't have pnuemonia. Garbage.
