Scott W. was able to help us with everything over the phone. We ordered on a Friday & dryer was delivered Monday. After a few misunderstandings about purchases and billing, I finally connected with the store manager, Mike Schindelholz. He made an extraordinary effort to sort things out...way above and beyond anything I've ever experienced anywhere at the retail level. I'm more than pleased with the service and genuine concern shown for my product and billing issues. The other sales associates gave conflicting and often dead-wrong information, and simply seemed unwilling or unable to make any effort. Mike got to the bottom of each problem and I'm confident everything will resolve satisfactorily. He is an asset to the company and I hope they make every effort to keep him.”

“First off, if you go to this location, ask for Nick or Michael. They were amazing. I went in on Thursday with a broken phone and no insurance (my fault). I was wondering if there were any reasonable options without having to pay off the remaining $780 on my phone. I didn't really give it much thought as to what my options were and a young lady didn't offer much help. She only presented me with the option of paying off the phone.I gave it some thought over the weekend and thought maybe I had some options (open a second line or buy a cheaper refurbished phone). I went back in and thankfully started talking to Nick instead of the young lady I had talked with previously. Nick was more than happy to help and gave me a more than reasonable solution to my issue that didn't cost me $780. I can't thank him enough!”

“Installers were very much in a hurry, in and out in less than 30 minutes. To include removal of old fridge. Never wiped down the fridge, left no door spacing tool, left no tool for the removal of the door handles, never attempted to level fridge. I had to ask how the fridge was leveled. Seemed very rushed.”
