AutoZone in Sussex is one of the cleanest store I have ever seen. The staff is very quick, informative and helpful. And they also suggest some of the best options and solutions if necessary.

Jacob and Robert were so helpful!!! I had a burnt out head light and went in to get a bulb. They offered to replace it (which wasn't an easy task) and when they were fixing it I asked about a battery because the dealership said it was bad and I needed to replace it, but they were going to charge me $500.00. The battery at AutoZone was only $250.00 and they put it in for me at no additional charge. They were soooo helpful and kind. Anytime I need car parts in the future, I will be sure to use this Auto Zone. They were the best!!!

On April 3, I needed a light over my license plate replaced by request of the police department. Must have been a slow day for law enforcement. Anyway, as I was unfamiliar with how to fix the problem, your employee, I believe his name was Jacob, not only found the right bulb but changed it for me. Great employee, great service. You have a customer for life, which is good because I have an old car which is always in need of something. Thanks, William Jones

I needed a headlight replaced. Jacob was able to do it. There was such a small space to work in but he managed to change both headlight. So friendly as was the man who helped me first. Very pleased with the service and help I received.

My husband and I are not car people. My car wouldn’t start and I needed a new battery. They had the battery and installed immediately!! Saved us for sure!
