I took a floor lamp in for service it needed a new lamp socket. They had it for 6 weeks and never fixed it. I finally got fed up and went and picked it up. I would have totally understood if they had called and told me they couldn't figure out how to fix it. Also during this 6 week period I would call every couple of weeks to see what the status was and if they could tell me when it would be done. The last time I called the cashier told me that they would call me when it was done she had quite the tone in her voice when she said that.
After I posted my original review they responded claiming that it was fixed that was not true still had the same problems !!!!

Sloppy store product in all the aisles tripping hazards, called and asked if they had a bike pump they told me yes, arrived at the store to tell me they didn’t, I said I just called you and asked and you said you did, he said sorry he probably didn’t look. What a disappointment to the Ace name

Tidy size but has all the essentials. And if they don't have it in stock they can order it for you. Friendly service.

We wanted to buy some Christmas decorations after Christmas and discovered that they had been on sale for 20% off until 12/24 and then back to regular price after that. Asked if they were on sale and when the clerk checked with the manager on duty his response was “They are not on sale. We put them away until next season”Everything was out on shelves and not put away for next year.All Christmas items were 50% off at the Ace in Pewaukee and every place else. Needless to say you lost my business since it was ridiculous to remove the sale after 12/24 and put all of the Christmas items back up to the regular price following Christmas.
