“Last winter I found my storage was broken into the locks were broken. I called the company and reported it and Jenn called me right back.not to long after she came out and had the lock repaired and a new lock put on it the next time I went out there I couldn’t get in with the new locks and I called Jenn and she told me what to do but I still couldn’t get it open so she comes right out and opened it right away and that happened another time right after that and again she came right out and helped me again Ive never had to wait on anything Jenn and I thank you”

“I did not need to use the moving dolly, which would have been nice to have the amount refunded. I got it, not thinking that it was completely up and down the stairs from where I was moving. I didn't bother asking, but I'm sure they would have done something to help me out. Fortunately, it was only $7.00 for the rental. Staff is super friendly, professional, and easy to contact. They've even helped me to get my storage locker open when it was stuck from the inside. I'd highly recommend this Uhaul to anyone. The prices are the best in the twin ports area with fantastic security. The only complaints I've had are that I was charged for a replacement card that didn't work and had to pay for another one the next time I entered the facility and when I needed to speak with the manager, she never responded to me. The people who work there most definitely know what they are doing, the vehicles are always in great condition, easy check out/check in, and they have a spot where customers can place their unwanted items, a community space to give what you don't need and score some cool things others don't want. Clean facilities. A+++”
