Had an amazing experience at this store. It is my birthday week and my brother and dad decided to pitch in for a gift. I decided on red wings since my brother has a pair of iron rangers. Me and my brother both went to the store together and Walter was the one who helped me buy my first pair. He was very informative helpful friendly and patient. We looked at various boots and he explained the pros and cons suggested proper sizing and overall knew everything there is needed to get a great pair of boots. I am so happy with my moc toes and i am grateful that Walter was the one who sold them to me. He even threw in a pair of red wing socks as it is tradition in the store. Please support this business and give this man a red wing Medal of Honor! Thank you Walter!

I plan on buying my next pair of boots here hopefully I will get a good quality pair and will be able to use them for years and years to come I was thinking about getting a discount from going online however it's always nice to buy from your local dealer and get the offers that they have like they will shine your boots free for you every two years for the life of the boot.

Someone complimented my cowboy boots and asked where I got them. I realized it has been somewhere around 20 years. They were the most expensive shoes (or clothing item) I'd ever bough, but the quality is fantastic. And the owner even stretched out the toe box for me. I'm glad to see the store is still there going strong!

They close at 5 not 7.I was unable to pick up my work boots thanks to this error. I'm working over time no other times work. Unfortunately now my tough toe intalation has just costed me 5x as much. This issue could have been avoided if there was a phone number listed to communicate with staff but there isn't one.

I have to actually go there but the gentleman I just spoke to on the phone was very helpful. I am confident that I will find something for my husband at this place. He gave me excellent directions and advices that I look for his neighbor Amy's bakery do I do not get lost. I'll add photos as soon as we visit this place.

So I came here after watching DenimDarling on youtube, and I must say the service and boots are of superb quality. I got the black smith in copper rough and tough. Amazing boots, Mr. Kim was very helpful and helped me try on a lot of different options before I settled on the ones I bought. Thank you DenimDarling and Red Wings shoes!!

I needed a pair of boots and wanted to go with a 100% American made boot. I googled a red wing store near me and they were within a mile of my work so I went to check them out. Walter was the gentleman who helped me, and was very informative and his knowledge of work boots and finding the fit was very reassuring. He knew how to guide me based on the feedback I was giving him on the fits. It's the best experience I've ever had while shopping for work boots (13 years trade experience) and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pair of red wings. Just a note, they are NOT at 803 W Cesar Chavez Ave. Call before visiting to confirm, but when I went a few days ago they were down the street on the cross section of Spring and W Cesar Chavez. Great service and huge inventory. The owner took his time figuring my size and trying on different styles and sizes. Left with exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend going to this shop.
