77 Moccasin Mike Rd, SuperiorI highly recommend this kennel for boarding and day care!My dog loves going to Silverwood and the staff are always kind and friendly. The owner is also very nice and the facility seems to be in decent shape.The only reason I won't give 5 stars is that they require you to individually portion out your dog's food per meal. For example, my dog gets fed one cup twice a day (so a total of two cups per day). So that means that individually bag (in a Ziploc sandwich bag, for example) one cup in two bags per day. This is okay if you're only boarding your dog for a few days, but if it's longer than that then this requirement is a moderate to major inconvenience (depending on the length of stay). I've been to several kennels over the years, and this is the only I've seen that requires this.Otherwise this is a great kennel and I highly recommend them!

Tower Ave Tavern
405 Tower Ave, SuperiorShelly and Chelsea, have always been super respectful and also super helpful. They remember guests which is amazing and immediately makes you feel you feel like more then a guest. They are awesome. They're nurturing when you need them to be, they're sarcastic when you need them to be, they're your best friends but also super fair. I come here when I have my friends in town from the cities, because it's a superior attraction. They're awesome. and people love them too.

Thirsty Pagan Brewing
1615 Winter St, SuperiorI stopped in to Thirsty Pagan Brewing to try a couple of their brews. They had 9 of their beers on including an Amber, American pale ale, dark ale, west coast IPA, cream ale, an orange cream, pineapple pale ale, pilsner, and a Hazy IPA. Pagan has a nice outdoor seating area. The bar area had plenty of space with high ceilings, with lots of the historic feel that you expect in Superior. The service was friendly and fast. Pagan a full bar and a pizza and app menu if you get hungry. The Superior/Duluth area has a ton of brewery options and you should put this one on your list.

Earth Rider Brewery - production facility
1617 N 3rd St, SuperiorWent with my wife to see a concert here. It is definitely worth checking out a show here if you haven't been. Can't go wrong with a good outdoor venue. Especially one that's a little away from the usual clustered hustle and bustle of other breweries etc. The sound, drink and merch booths were all handled very well. Security could have gone a little smoother to get in but other than that I can't complain. I tried a variety of their drinks throughout the night. The tap shack Caribbean lager with lime was really good! The coffee stout was also up there, and the IPA and hemp and hops were good, but pretty standard as far as those go in my opinion. Really good stuff!
