Grocery Stores in Superior, WI

9 locations found near Superior

“This location, moreso than the more centrally located one seems to have more variety of stock. Not by much, but certainly on a few particular items my family enjoys. Both locations are fairly reasonably priced to a little high depending on the item, but the service is friendlier and more helpful especially when it comes to availability of checking out compared to a certain other big name option in town. I wish the super One closer to my place had as much variety as this one. This East end location does more regularly have bagging assistance compared to the Oakes store too.”

“Great store with amazing, friendly and hard working staff! Great layout and I absolutely love their meat selection and produce. The best in town! It’s also great having somewhere else to shop other than Walmart. They have a little bit of everything and the store isn’t gigantic. Not to mention Aldi’s affordable prices make feeding a family far less stressful, especially in this economy.”

“One of the great meat markets left! Staff is always super helpful, the store is always clean and the butchers are always happy to assist with orders or answer questions. Prices are very fair for the choice cuts you get! Got some great selection of grocery items too! Highly recommend!!!”

“This is becoming our go-to restaurant when heading up to the Duluth / Superior area to visit my family. This is a pretty classic greasy spoon type breakfast and lunch diner, where most folks seem to know each other. In fact, we had a gentleman stop over and make small talk with one of my uncles. So if you're into that kind of ambience, this place is great. The food is pretty typical type stuff, hashbrowns, eggs, pancakes, etc. Since it doesn't appear to be a gluten controlled area, I have Celiacs disease, I pretty much exclusively stick with the omelets, with the Superior Dump (pretty much everything in it: onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, ham, sausage, bacon, cheese) becoming my favorite option. They put toast on my omelet, which I gave to a family member, but I didn't mention I was gluten-free, so you have to bring that up, if it's a concern for you. I felt just fine afterwards, but you should be cautious if you have more severe Celiacs reactions. Our server was just fine, actually had two of them. They stopped by a handful of times, which was pretty much the right frequency and were very friendly. Again it's the kind of place where people are pretty familiar with each other. If you happen to be in the area and are looking for a more small-town breakfast feel, KD's is great choice!”

“Love this store. There are always disabled parking and shopping scooters available and plenty of cashiers for a quick check out. Excellent food selection but they could improve on the organic fruit and vegetable section. Store is always clean and well organized.”

“All Walmarts are basically the same. What makes them stand apart are the people and Superior Walmart has the best people. Always easy to find someone, they are always friendly and always helpful!”

“It's a great store with almost everything you need but almost too big being it's the only shopping center their is in superior. The prices are fair but the workers are kind of rude well some of them could be friendlier. The whole thing is based on customer service so if they aren't well in that department then they should not be in front.”
