I DO NOT RECOMMEND using there Uhaul service here! TWICE in a row I've brought back car trailers here exactly where they wanted. Apparently there too lazy too drive across the street too se if the trailer was returned, so they decide too charge me for another days rental.

I stopped in here today, and they were so amazing! They helped me try to ship some large awkward packages after the UPS guy in East End Superior was horrible to me for the last time! They are so friendly, there's some really cool local artwork, some for sale and odds and ends to peek at too. Great experience, go and check them out and give them your business and not the guy at UPS in East End!

Very kind, helpful, and affordable! Wonderful service. I had a pretty heavy package to ship and I didn’t even have to ask for help, he came outside with a dolly and brought my package in for me and got me all set up. Not to mention a cozy and inviting store with lots of art, and kid friendly. If you’re not going through Goin’ Postal you’re deeply missing out!

I went in to drop off a prepaid FedEx package and they tried to charge me $2. For just setting a package in the drop off area, they don't even handle your package and still want a cut. Not a great way to introduce your business to people, why would I try any other service they offer after that?The owner needs to get with the times, every other FedEx drop off location is free.

After horrible experiences with the UPS store in town, I decided to try going postal instead. They aren't a UPS so there is a small fee but worth it. The owner at Goin' Postal was kind and friendly, answered my questions and got my package out the door. Definitely will be a returning customer.

DO NOT trust this place! Sent a package via UPS with a prepaid shipping label but was never given a receipt. Now the package shows as label created but was NEVER shipped! Went back to follow up why it was never scanned in and they insisted the package was shipped. Well my buyer never received it and we were never given a tracking # to track so its a lost/ stolen package. Very shady dealings here and now I am out extra $$ to refund my buyer the cost of item PLUS shipping services we never received! WILL NEVER GO BACK! That and the owner cooks in the back and stinks the place up, should have known it was a shady place just from that!

Was very disappointed with the service here. It is a shipping service store that I drove out of my way to get to and send a FedEx ground package. The owner or front desk worker stated it would be $2 for FedEx ground to pick up the package there on my already paid label and told me “in 17 years the only other option had been” at FedEx near the Duluth airport. He was very condescending, trying to nickel and dime me to make a phone call and clearly not well informed enough to know that just a mile down the road Walgreens is a FedEx ground and express pick up location for FREE.

On Thursday, June 17th, 2021, I had to drive about 30 miles to get to your store GOIN POSTAL to send a damaged package back to Amazon. The box was so damaged, I had to use packing tape on most of the box to mail it back. On Friday June 18th 2021 at 5:00 p.m., UPS delivers the same package to my house. Of course you are closed, and won't be opened until Monday to resolve this issue. I have a deadline to get this package back to get my refund, and I won't be getting a refund if you keep sending this package back to me. Who will have to reimburse then?

We are a marine services & cargo inspection firm and use Goin' Postal fairly often. Near Winter St. & Tower Ave. in Superior, it's in the business district with free parking in front, on the side and is always quick to get in and out -- even when they're busy. We ship cargo samples like engineered soil, coal, grain, aggregate and other unusual things. Andy and the Goin' Postal crew handle them all with aplomb and though sometimes challenged -- always cheerfully. And, they fit, pad & box things up like pros in a fraction of the time you can do it in. If they've packed it, it will arrive intact and in good condition.
