I love FedEx. Superior, Wisconsin has the best delivery service. When I order items, I don’t have the option of delivery service. I have NEVER had any issues with FedEx. After a snowstorm, delivery person walked at least 30’ through 20” of snow to deliver package to my deck. Received a package today. Package right by mailbox and door. Thank you. I am disabled and it is so nice not to have to go down steps to get packages where USPS has been leaving packages. So excited to see that FedEx will be delivering again this week. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Merry Christmas.

Ordered a package that required a signature and ID. Tracking said it would be here Tuesday, so I requested that day off. 48hrs prior it updated to Monday delivery, so I took Monday of instead. Moday @ 2am the package left St Paul for Duluth. 6pm Monday rolls around and it updates to Running late.. delivery Tuesday". Now I have to re-request tomorrow off too and miss out on two days of worth work in this economy. I only have delivery issues with FedEx and it gets super annoying.

The worst service. I paid to get the package from Europe fast and it got to Duluth from England in three days and then was on a delivery truck five days without attempts to deliver it. Stick with UPS

My last few FedEx deliveries have all been the same driver—I just want to say he has been excellent. He takes care in putting the boxes/packages where I’ve asked. Every time. I appreciate him and his great work ethic and want to thank him.

Lost package it was supposed to been delivered to my apartment 3920 tower Avenue 107 but it wasn't it was supposedly by the mailboxes but I didn't see it there

I received air conditioner that I had ordered from Sam's. It was quite heavy. When the driver saw me coming out of my home to get it he jumped out of his truck and ran up and helped me get it in to the garage. I just thought that was so thoughtful

Multiple deliveries to the wrong address. Happens almost every time something gets shipped through FedEx because the driver doesn’t know the difference between west and east. Thankfully the resident at the wrong address is an honest human being.
Delivery driver comes to my door, taps on it, and scurries away without even waiting for me to sign. Absolute worst delivery service in the area. Always choose UPS/USPS when I can. Paid $11 for a scheduled delivery and have been sitting in my porch for 2 1/2 hours waiting. Probably not coming with the wedding gift for a good friend of mine. I’d give less than 1 star if I could.

Today you've delivered printed photo of my minor son - 7 years old boy!!! - to a wrong address. Do you even understand how much danger to a child can a driver, who doesn't bother to look at the address, cause?!

They wouldn’t let me sign for my package digitally like their website says you can. When I contacted them about redelivery after they didn’t leave the package, they said they would send someone back out and did not. I called them less than 10 minutes after the person left my front door. Their phone service is among the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever encountered in my life. I will never, ever, ever choose to ship something through FedEx after today.

Brought a pair of internet devices that needed to be returned. No box was sent to me for return. The guy that dealt with me said usually we need a box to return them, He helped me so I could get those returned by offer to provide a box at no cost. Great customer service
