I had to drive my younger sister here for her preemployment drug testing. We called to see if she needed to make an appt and the receptionist was extremely rude. After informing us it was walk in only we asked approximately how long the process typically takes, instead of responding kindly she snaps as long as it takes to provide a sample. When asked if they have any times that are typically less busy she responded we are open from 8-4. We clarified that since it was walk in we were just trying to know what is typically less busy times to come. She again repeated herself we are open 8-4 and if you can’t provide a sample by exactly 4 then you have to come back in the morning. I was truly shocked by how short she spoke and how rude and unprofessional she was. I know no times are guaranteed but we are new to this and have no idea what the process looks like. I also have two young children and was attempting to try to plan around naps etc. It doesn’t matter who you are I don’t think it is okay to be so extremely rude and unprofessional. It would have taken her the same amount of time to briefly answer our questions and if she wasn’t able to just say that and briefly explain what we need to do. When she arrived the experience was just fine and pretty streamlined and they were not overly friendly but not unfriendly. So overall the place was fine but they definitely need to work on phone etiquette with their staff.

The staff there are fun to interact with and very kind. They seem to enjoy working together and I think that helps the mood stay positive when they have customers. Overall I had a good experience.

i am very upset with the service i receive here when i walked it was a young lady with a bad attitude i spoke she turned her nose up and forcefully told me to sit down i then sat during the whole process she was rude and unprofessional with caused me to leave. I came in to do a drug test and felt as if i was getting ready to go to jail please find people that are suitable to the public… I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here she doesn’t need that job if she doesn’t know how to deal with the public

Polite and professional throughout my entire interaction. Much quicker process than going through testing done in a hospital setting.

One star is for their Lab of choice that left a driver without a paycheck for delaying a dot return to duty drug test...our case is still pending since test was done on 08-05-21
