Walked over to dans feed bin with my Siberian Husky Kenai while browsing the nice brunette lady behind the counter offered a stuffed Kong rabbit toy to my pup. She explained how they get sample packages and for the toy would just like our feedback on it !!
Kenai was beyond thrilled squeaking the bunny rabbit toy behind the counter and throughout the store.
I did not get her name but excellent customer service very kind and knowledgeable. Always a great experience at dans feed bin.
( just wish they carried acana dog food !! )

Went here for the first time for some grass seed. Discussed where I was planting (acidid pine tree area with no shade) and they helped me to pick the right seed and other suggestions. I also bought some straw for laying on top.
The staff at the counter were great both times I stopped in. The "yard" guys were nice and quick to load everything up in my truck as well.

Great feed store. Able to do small to large quantities of a good variety of feed. Nice easy loading dock to back up to and load up. Prices are excellent as well, very friendly people.

Staff was rude and not helpful. Everyone seemed angry and upset. In person and over the phone. Called ahead to see product availability and was heavily misinformed.
