U don't get everything u want right now this min, take some time to look over ur stuff or paper work. This bank is a good bank, if u don't think so then u have other banks to go to. Stop blaming the bank cuz u don't have the time or patience to wait. That's rediculas, goto a different bank if u don't like the service. Good job sccu an thank you.”

“I have been banking with SCCU for my entire life and have had some great experiences and the occasional not-so-great ones. This week, I had the best experience I've ever had and just wanted to share so that the person I worked with gets the proper recognition!I had called SCCU some weeks ago with a question about a personal loan and left a message with a nice gal who emailed the loans department to give me a call back; no one ever returned my call. I tried again yesterday and my call was immediately returned by Kenneth Monson, Financial Specialist. I had gotten a credit card through SCCU and the introductory 0% APR was running out at the end of this month, and a friend who worked in banking advised me to call my bank to see if I could get a loan with a lower interest rate to pay off the remaining balance. Kenneth was extremely helpful from start to finish - He answered all of my questions, laid out all of my loan and rate options, and gave me a ton of confidence in the process.The best part, however, was how fast Kenneth worked - I called him on Thursday afternoon and it is now Friday afternoon and my card is already paid off, as he ensured that the loan was delivered directly to my checking account so there was no danger of a mailed check getting delayed and the interest kicking in on 7/31 before I could pay the balance down. I was pre-approved in mere hours on Thursday and then bright & early on Friday morning, he sent over the documents to sign.
