I had some serious agitation and annoyance dealing with being rear-ended. It was just a nightmare. Finally got through it and it was time to drop off my truck and get a rental paid for by the guy who hit me’s insurance. I was expecting more of the same. I was so wrong!
There was a hiccup, my fault not theirs, and John was so kind and worked through it like a pro!
