We have a 40' Class A RV with a gas V10 engine. The engine died up in Grand Marais, I called every RV service location in the twin ports and finally found Boyer Trucks in Superior. They seem to be the only place within 100 miles that can (and are willing to) change engines in a Class A Gas RV. The other issue is just finding a V10 long block, Jasper engines are booked out to late Aug on these. Boyer Trucks found a new Ford long block and was able to get it in just 3 days, they started work the next day and had the job finished in a little over a week (they even put 2 techs on it near the end so it would be out before the weekend). I've read some less than favorable reports on Boyer Trucks, but my experience was completely positive. They even have electric hookups and allowed us to stay in the parking lot while we were waiting for the new engine. (the photo is our "campsite")

Worst service imaginable. Set an appointment for Tuesday, Its now the end of the day Wednesday and they still have not gotten this in the shop yet. This is a return issue that they had "fixed" last week and came back again. It could be another issue I get that. But this should be considered a return in which case it should be given some sort of priority to at least get looked at. When you call them, They sure seem like you're the inconvenience. Call me crazy but this is awful customer service. Last time we have anything serviced for our business here.

I would give no stars if I could. VERY disappointed. We had service done here 5 or so years ago, was great! This time we were charged over 400 dollars and our ABS issue was not fixed. Sat there for at least 3 hours, and unless we came and asked, not sure they would have come told us it was done, not fixed. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Brought RV in for maintenance and a air leak. When said and done they never found the air leak the Transmission fluid was 3 quarts low they only changed one fuel filter. Luckily I found a shop in Florida that took care of everything and the bill was cheaper.

If you want your truck to sit there for weeks or months and not get fix. This is the shop to bring it too. Have had plenty of trucks brought here and it has always been the same outcome.

Terrible service. Asked for fitting to be replaced. Charged me $72 to test fitting for leak and not replaced it? Said another issue was fixed, when I went to pick it up it was not fixed. Asked them to look at it again. They said they would call when done. Never called, after 10 days I tried calling them couldn't get thru for 2 days. This place was a good shop at one time. The last 6 months have been terrible. SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS PLACE!
