“Great staff, extremely helpful!!!! Someone came out to my car and literally walked me thru the steps needed for a minor repair. My only complaint is they are kinda spendy but.... You get what you pay for and O'Reilly's has always proven to be worth every penny!!!”
“Kudos, please, to an employee named Tim who if nothing, just listened and agreed when I talked to him more than once regarding an utterly dishonest & disrespectful auto repair shop called Perfect Timing, while they kept my vehicle for five days instead of 2-3 hours as promised, hung up on me repeatedly, refused to ship the part overnight; I ended up paying for 5 nights in a motel. Tim validated, their parts store doesn't like doing business with Perfect Timing; hence, they get the same disrespectful treatment & several times hung up on.
Tim, your validation, among other mechanic shops in Superior & a couple lay people as well, helped me through a difficult time.
