If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in for a routine oil change, and whoever worked on my car overtightened the cap to the point that the threads were completely GONE, resulting in what they estimated to be a $1300 repair. And after assuring me that it was fine without the repair, my check engine light is on. Never EVER go here for service if you value the life of your vehicle.

The absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. From sales to service this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. I have owned at least a dozen new vehicles over the years and I will never deal with Zimbrick Chevy again.

I would like to give a shout out to Chuck Epps! I had no intention of buying a different vehicle but not sure of what the outcome of my vehicle being towed into dealership would be but Chuck took the time to show me what needs/wants were and answered all of my questions. I have brought my vehicle here for the last 4 yrs and been taken care of and everyone is very helpful! So I returned and purchased from Chuck and will continue to do business with the Zmbrick team! Thanks Chuck !

Bought a blazer from them in 2022. A part broke and I was unable to drive it for over a month due to the strike, which is not Zimbricks fault. Called them to trade the Blazer in for a Tahoe on their lot because I need a vehicle to drive and we need a third rows Jim asked what I wanted our payment to be so I told him. He basically told me I wouldn’t be able to afford the Tahoe because the payments would be higher- I already knew this so planned to put money down but he never asked what or if I was going to put anything down. Which was a large amount to ensure our payments stayed the same. He treated me as if this was my first rodeo buying a vehicle. Went to Bergstrom traded in my car and got the vehicle I wanted, with the payment we wanted. Save your time and effort. Go somewhere else.

Jim did an excellent job walking us through our choices, numbers, availability etc. Never have I shopped for a car, grabbed some lunch and returned to sign the paperwork! Oh, and the guy in the corduroy shirt, Mr. Finance, great job!! Thank you Zimbrick Chevrolet!

As much as I dislike having to purchase a vehicle, Zimbrick makes the process as painless as possible, bordering on enjoyable. I've never had a bad experience at any of their dealerships and they deserve all five stars IMHO.

Staff was professional, paperwork was well explained, all questions were answered timely, overall great experience. Jim Kauppinen was really helpful in phone communication as well.

My partner and I just walked in off the street to replace a lost key. I'm impressed by the way the service team welcomed us, and walked us to the right department. Once at parts, the gentleman at the desk helped us efficiently and professionally. Even set down his delicious looking lunch to help. Impressive. I went back to service and spoke to Tim who quickly and effectively looked up the information I needed and pleasantly sent me on the way. Here's the best part-- it all worked out awesomely. The key took, with zero hiccups. I am floored. Thank you guys--your knowledge and expertise fixed our problem and you did it with a smile. You are the unappreciated heroes of crappy Tuesdays.

Ask for a list of all warranty work done before you buy- Zimbrick Chevrolet is 2 hours from my home but they had what I thought was the perfect certified 2022 GMC Yukon Denali. The service before the sale was great but that is where great ends and the nightmare began. I almost immediately started having issues with the vehicle. After the 2nd trip to my local dealer it was discovered by the service team that this vehicle already had a new motor installed in addition to about 4 pages of warranty service records for other issues. Had I been told this up front I would never have purchased this vehicle. Some people may have been ok with taking that risk, I was never given that chance. I understand that they are not “required” to disclose this due to it being warranty work but for a company that has Integrity listed in their core values I would expect it would be. They offered to buy it back for $4,000 less than I paid which was $78,000. It was less than 2 months since I bought it! Had I taken that offer I would have been out thousands more having to pay taxes on another vehicle. They had nothing in stock I was interested in trading. I had to follow up constantly with them on my questions. I had this vehicle for less than 2 months. Thankfully my local dealer agreed to take it in on trade. I am now in total out about $6,000 more than I paid to Zimbrick for the Yukon in addition to the countless wasted hours of calling and emailing Zimbrick and bringing the vehicle back and forth to my local dealer. I’ve never had such a horrible and disappointing experience.

They will hide what they can. I wanted to look at a GMC truck that they had. i called ahead of time to be sure it was there since I had to drive over 2 hours to see it. In the add and over the phone they didn't say anything about its problems. After i got there they brought me out to the truck, starting it right away, trying to get me inside the truck. The fenders were rusty (In the photos, they made sure to avoid getting close enough to see that.) It had had some major damage on the drivers side that someone had tried to cover up. Zimbrick did not disclose that at anytime. The Sales person (Chuck) had nothing to say about it either. I waisted almost 5 hours round trip, because they were not open about what kind of condition the truck was in. They are a waist of time with used vehicles. They will hide what they can, just to get a sale.

The trade in offer and overall deal was very reasonable immediately without any haggling. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We love Zimbrick Chevrolet in Sun Prairie because we love our sales person Steve Newby!!! We have bought two cars from him in the last 2 years and although we tease him and love to give him a hard time just for fun, we wouldn't shop anywhere else because we just love this guy! Such a nice guy, easy to talk to, easy to deal with, always does a great job!!! Thank you Steve, see you in another 2 years! John & Sharon Cotter ;)
