I noticed something under my car that kept hitting the ground. I took a peak and it was my engine splash shield. 4 extra screws were missing and that's why it kept hitting the ground. I called the station to FYI them. We replaced this screws on our own. I went back to get another oil change on the same car and the same thing happened. No. Never going back to this location. East side it is.

I've asked a few times about the 10 bulk pass car wash deal. I get wishy-washy answers as to why they won't sell it. I'm starting to think they just don't want to sell it at the discount price. But then why advertise it? At the cashier counter, there is a flyer taped to the counter top advertising it.

beyond rude and unhelpful. don’t tap the sign at me to tell me you can’t take my card, TELL ME you can’t take my card. a tiny hand written sign isn’t going to be seen by everybody right away. use your words.

I really appreciate the people at the woodmans who jumped my car when it turned off waiting on an oil change that was extremely nice and didn’t even have to ask twice! Thank you bc I was extremely stressed out and they made it better! You guys rock!

Will not accept credit cards as tender. Not open late enough. Cashiers always seem to have an attitude. Better off going to any other gas station in the area.
