I love that they are open 24/7 very nice people in here . I wish some of the other stores would go back to 24/7 makes life a lot easier. I will make the 10min drive to get what I need in the middle of the night.

Cashier should not be making comments about what people are buying. I came in with my kids to get them a treat and received a comment “candy at 8:30 in the morning right after they brushed their teeth?” Clearly judging me for getting my kids candy. Not sure if she was trying to be funny but it definitely wasn't funny. What I do with my kids is none of your business. Candy is bad for you no matter what time of day

Go to a different Walgreens, it’s actually worth driving another 5 minutes out of your way. Sat in the drive thru line for 45 minutes for a rapid Covid test only to be told they do them inside now only. I was on time however since I had to wait 45 minutes in the line, when I came back in I was told the lady that does them just left for lunch. Then I was berated by the employee by saying “well it’s your fault you weren’t here on time so she went on lunch” like lady WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT OF THE SCHEDULE TIME IF IT DOESNT MATTER.

Sat for 5 minutes in pharmacy drive though at 10pm. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER, inside or out. Finally went inside to get my wife's prescription. Randy the pharmacist was just talking to a coworker the whole time. And to add insult to injury when the prescription wasn't ready, he blamed my wife. I know they are overworked but I will go to a different Walgreens. He needs some serious anger management classes.

The staff and pharmacists here have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They act as if it is the customers faults they are short handed, get used to it, everyone is. If you don't like your job, find another! Will never get my prescriptions from any Walgreens.

This place can literally kill people with their incompetence. Urgent refill on MyChart file for three hours and they still “couldn’t find it”. Called my doctor repeatedly and they assured me they called it in hours earlier. Finally they got the prescription and then couldn’t calculate the days right and and said it was too soon to refill. Meanwhile, I was waiting on critical mental health prescription. Hope someone sues this place.

By far the worst customer service staff in both the pharmacy and up front. I normally don't submit reviews, but they are incredibly rude and I will never return Clearly a group that hates their job and takes it out on their customers Go elsewhere!

I called and was told that they had a certain prescription and that I could pick it up in 5 minutes when I live 30 min away. Got there and they said I couldn’t pick it up until 4 days later.

Before, I only had to wait 15 to 25 minutes to get medicine from the pharmacy. Now it takes an hour to an hour and a half. The medicine order arrived at the pharmacy yesterday. I had to wait over an hour to get it today.

COVID vaccine was an hour behind schedule. Recommend finding another location to use instead.

I’ve never had a pharmacy not call me if they can’t fill my prescription. This pharmacy does just that, they do NOT call me if they can’t fill my prescription. I gave them some slack the first time but this is the 4th time I’ve had this issue and they don’t take any responsibility. Absolutely horrible experience.

This place is the saddest excuse of a pharmacy. I was told by the pharmacist that she only got there 15 minutes ago when I saw her walking about 30 minutes earlier. I first pulled up and was told they just received the script and it would about a 15 minute wait. That's when I saw her walking around in the back. Wait my 15 minutes and am told yeah we just got the script, it'll be about 15-20 minute wait. I wait and come back to the window and was told 30 more minutes because they just received the script. This is the most atrocious pharmacy I've ever used. Why lie? Why not just say the truth. It's 10 pills non narcotic, I can promise you there are no hoops to jump through on that one. Will never return to this weed filled Walgreens again.

The late night pharmacist Randy is the one I usually see in the drive thru at early morning hours. He knows my name and is always friendly even when he is super busy. Of course I still have to show my ID for the type of meds I get but it makes me happy to know that he remembers me.In today's world, it doesn't hurt to show a little friendliness and people will pass it on throughout their day. Randy makes Walgreens feel more like a mom & pop pharmacy. I'd never consider giving a 5 star to a national chain but I feel like this one person makes my whole day better sometimes. Thanks Randy, you have a good day too!!

Walgreens has the unique ability to lose things and they still seem to stay in business despite being absolutely unable to successfully exchange money for services. They've lost my roll of film and keep making up excuses as to where it is. They've had it since January. It's nearly April. They're also refusing to refund the money for the lost film as indicated in their disclaimer as the sole remedy so small claims court is unfortunately the next step. They also have a very difficult time filling prescriptions accurately. There's no contact from them and the pharmacy department staff are constantly cranky and on edge. Now Walgreens is outsourcing your drug fills to a microfulfillment center in Illinois. If you thought your prescriptions took forever before, despite the ten angry people behind the pharmacy counter and the huge expensive machine that does the actual counting and filling work for them, wait until it's a week before the Illinois center decides to fill and ship your drugs from out of state. Hopefully they don't get lost on the way.I'm going back to locally owned pharmacies with approachable pharmacists, techs, and locally filled, accurate prescriptions.
