I like oil changes where they don’t drain your transmission fluid by accident and then dont tell you. No transmission damage but Down 4 quarts. Car was fine going in and down 4 quarts leaving

I've had good experiences before at the state five oil change. But this past time was not a good experience.
After waiting in line for about 40 minutes, and my service taking the same if not longer. I left with a check engine light causing me to need to come back.
Upon return, the manager on duty (who did my service earlier) recognized that I had come back, and then sent somebody over to check on me but never came over themselves.
I waited an additional 20-ish minutes before having a service team member say "idk why you're check engine light could be on, lemme go ask" he then went and asked the manager who shrugged and then when he came back he said "should I just put more oil in?" Asking me what to do. I said "sure, idk did you ask your manager?" He said "yeah, she's not sure either".
Long story short, 2-ish hours and a check-engine light later, I had to make an appointment with my dealer to get my car looked at.
Not worth it.

There was nothing quick about this oil change. I was the only car in there and it took a half hour for my oil change. They told me I needed a coolant exchange because it was dirty and almost empty. I told them I had it done the last time I was there. They said that possibly the other people didn’t do it!! They added some coolant but didn’t offer to do anything else. Previous times I’ve been there, I have had great service, but this was terrible. They have lost my business

We came in on a Saturday, not too busy. Jon had amazing customer service, was very friendly and knowledgeable! He gave me the works on my car! I would give more stars if I could, I felt very well treated and I definitely felt like my car was handled so well! He was so helpful and updated me on everything they did, and recommended some of the best stuff to help my car run smoothly! Definitely would recommend this Take 5 to anyone needing basic car maintenance!

Should be called Take Your Time not Take 5! This not a place that moves fast or efficiently. I don’t recommend.

Decent service, however at times many people looked confused and had to ask each other for help. A 10-minute oil change took 45 minutes.
Update: Check engine light came on after I left, when I came back the tech said "I'm not sure what the issue is, let's add more oil". The manager who helped me the first time looked at me, but never came back over to help or to even ask why I came back 10-minutes later

Even though they were not busy when I arrived...2 cars ahead of me.... they got me in a stall when one pulled out but the other one took both workers to finish it up... they let me know what was going on and apologized for the longer wait.... very efficient and friendly
